So hold the FUCK up for a moment. You're telling me that this pack of only THREE chicken breasts (1.6-2.4 lb raw total) contains 165-250 grams of protein?
Is it really that easy to get 150-200 grams of protein? I keep seeing bodybuilders loading up on 5+ meals a day to hit 300g. I could easily eat these 3 tits across 3 meals, and it wouldn't be a problem eating all 3 breasts at once if I needed to.
3 chicken breasts are like 1200 cal total, while some bodybuilders need to hit like 5000 calories to bulk. They eat like 6 chicken breasts for 300 grams protein (2400cal) and the remaining calories get filled up by rice or something cheap like that.
>and the remaining calories get filled up by rice or something cheap like that.
This. Also noticed a lot of them nowadays are eating cream of rice instead of oats.
>anon discovers the wonders of chicken
you love to see it
thighs > breasts
breasts > thighs
pussy > everything else
what's the macros on chicken pussy?
Per 100g
>101g protein
>.01g fat
>3 cal
source?
Straight from the chicken's pussy
Nah. Chicken cock is better.
It really is that easy. Buy a carton of egg whites while you're there for a nice scramble in the morning and you will never struggle to hit protons again.
The problem people have is that they don't make their own food. They eat fast food and processed crap. There is so much other shit in there that by the time they hit their proton numbers, they've eaten 150g fat and 500 carbs.
just broiled a NY strip for an easy tasty 65g @425 cals
Not a great option if you're vegetarian
onions? sad. get mogged.
but fr, eating animals is important for your psyche.
It works with pork too
based fellow pork enjoyer. I've eaten nothing but spiral cut pork and rice for months now and I love it
Expensive if you eat it every day.
>expensive
>4 dollars a pound
And I live in the over priced hell hole that is the San Francisco bay area.
>see its such an overpriced hell hole but i choose to live here
Was born here, how about all you gay transplants shitting the place up leave so it can go back to being based, like it was in the 80s.
100g of chicken breast meat has about 31g of protein. So 750g (1.6 lb) has 232.5g of protein.
