Is it really that easy to get 150-200 grams of protein? I keep seeing bodybuilders loading up on 5+ meals a day to hit 300g. I could easily eat these 3 breasts across 3 meals, and it wouldn't be a problem eating all 3 breasts at once if I needed to.

    3 chicken breasts are like 1200 cal total, while some bodybuilders need to hit like 5000 calories to bulk. They eat like 6 chicken breasts for 300 grams protein (2400cal) and the remaining calories get filled up by rice or something cheap like that.

    It really is that easy. Buy a carton of egg whites while you're there for a nice scramble in the morning and you will never struggle to hit protons again.
    The problem people have is that they don't make their own food. They eat fast food and processed crap. There is so much other shit in there that by the time they hit their proton numbers, they've eaten 150g fat and 500 carbs.

    100g of chicken breast meat has about 31g of protein. So 750g (1.6 lb) has 232.5g of protein.
