I never understood why people think running marathon is a good idea; the first guy to do it FRICKING DIED. Maybe we should make it just 25.5 miles just to be safe

Were fellas just hanging brain all the time back then? Did nobody wear clothes while exercising in Rome? Or were all the artists ghey?

The male figure was something to be celebrated back then. That being said, all their depictions were of athletic, tan, young-ish men - we don't look like that anymore, so you don't see it as often. No one would want to see picrel naked on a park running.

Celebrating the male figure is nice and all, I just don't want to hit my nuts on stuff

The guy who made running popular died of a heart attack at the age of 52.
Football players die on the field all the time in their 30's and even 20's.
Marathon runners need hip replacements in their 20's and frick up their knees.

    I’m 33 and married.
We made $680K this year, will likely be closer to $750K-$800K in 2024.
We can retire from traditional work next year with about $2.5M net worth.
I expect to comfortably hit 1/2/3/4 in the next few months, then cut down to 12% bodyfat.
    I’m 6ft tall.
    I still have hair.

Not sure what else there is to “making it.”

        >$680K dual income

        How?

Finance and consulting in a big global city.
Keep doing that for 8-10 years straight with no interruptions.

Wife is doing cool shut in her career and may stick it out 1-2 years and we’d just get a nicer home or increase our travel spend.
