So I already ate breakfast and lunch and I still have 2000 calories to eat. How the frick am I gonna do that in the rest of the day. 3000 calories is impossible, I’m full and probably won’t even eat dinner in a couple hours.
Frick you guys aren’t telling me something

Eat more for breakfast, 1200 after breakfast and Lunch are rookie numbers. Also shakes with milk, protein, oats, peanut butter and bananas are a way to get some more calories in without having to chew more. Eating >3k cals clean is not easy
I ate toast for breakfast with a ton of cheese and then chicken breast for lunch. Hard to eat but high in protein I think. I know it’s suppose to be hard but how do normal people do it. I’m underweight and everyone around me seems normal weight or fat, what are they eating
Here’s how to good more calories bedtime dinner
Breakfast:
>a generous serving of porridge topped with almonds (and maybe other nuts) and pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Lunch:
>1 cup of white rice with 2-3 servings of beans (edamame, black beans etc), 2-3 eggs and spinach. Maybe add tuna on lifting days
Afternoon snack:
>1 lightly seasoned chicken breast
This may be too much for you. Adjust accordingly for your height/weight
Ahh, yes, toasts, 1 slice of bread, breakfast of champions. Did you get quarter of apple as well?
>toasts
>plural
>one slice
>it was once slice
>toast(s)
>Eating >3k cals clean
>Clean
This is important. Frick the guys who told me to eat sweets and burgers for bulking. They just can't cope I'm leaner than their fat asses
What? How do you do it?
I don't eat anything until 3PM because I don't eat breakfast and don't want to take breaks during my work.
After I'm back home I eat 4 eggs and some greek yogurt or constantly sneak on cheese or meat slices throughout the day. Sometimes there's momma's dinner.
I don't eat any breads or grains.
I would hold holy 70kg at 1.86m, while simultaneously sitting on my ass in front of the computer all day and not working out at all.
I doubt it's the "muh fast metabolism" meme. I have a feeling not eating sweets and grains goes a long way. I follow this "diet" unconsciously, not because someone told me. I just like meat and dairy and dislike anything breadlike
you literally descibed eating like 1.5k-2k calories a day, at 6'2, of course you weigh 70kg
You got me. I sometimes go 2.5 kcal.
To my defense, it's incredibly hard to overeat when you eat like me. Your appetite never overshoots and something tells me this is the way nature wanted us to operate
weighing 155lbs at 6'2 is not what nature intended, its just what your mind has been forced to accept after years of malnutrition
Stop telling people to eat peanut butter that shit is pure nutritional garbage
How hard is it to blend 1kg of steak and drink it like a smoothie, homosexual?
It's not fair fat bros why do the skinny keks always get to eat so much food but we have to always eat less and end up hungry still
I almost throw up eating anything more than 300 calories unless it’s McDonald’s it’s sad
Cant you just eat shit like trail mix that has a billion calories it's easy to eat since it's just snack food essentially
Or make like a high calorie shake
Trail mix will make it harder to eat my actual meals though, and it’s not real food either right?
I'm a skelly trying to bulk and you just need to eat more even if it's just a little more per day. As soon as I wake up, before I do literally anything I eat two kiwis then I start boiling two eggs as I get ready for work, I cook whatever I'm eating for breakfast (today was four steak tacos) then I eat the eggs and leave after making a protein shake with two cups of milk and two scoops. On the way and at work I eventually finish my breakfast, for lunch today I had little container of beef stew and another one of rice, when I got back home I ate two bananas with some peanut butter and drank some milk, now for dinner I'm cooking some fish and rice with two eggs. Today was a good day for me but I usually eat less than this. I might try drinking whipping cream, 1 tablespoon has 50 calories and no sugar.
Forgot to mention, a few weeks, I couldn't dream of eating this much. I would have topped out with my breakfast and no way I finish two cups of milk/scoops at work instead of drinking a can of monster and not eating anything for lunch.
Just gotta slowly stretch your stomach so you feel comfortable with more food in there.
>It's not fair fat bros why do the skinny keks always get to eat so much food
you can fill up on rice and ground beef untill you puke and still not meet the required kcal, now add vegetables - tomatoes and shit, and some fruit and youre done.
Every fat frick I know regularly chugs soft drinks and beer, eats "snacks", and those big bottles of coke on their desk by their pc
But that sounds dry as frick. I need some kind of sauce to that and that lets the calories explode.
The hunger never goes away even if you become skinny
t. fat -> skinny trying to bulk now (my wallet is the limiting factor this time, 100$ a week for groceries adds up fast)
chug olive oil
Space meals out, and start early. How much you can eat isn't actually limited by daily caloric intake. It's generally just by stomach capacity. You can desensitize to satiety by eating more frequently and in larger volumes. Eat breakfast about as soon as you can, and pile it on, then, when you're not full any more, eat again.
My general daily diet is
Wake up (9 am) - Granola bar with daily supplements & water
30 - 40 minutes later
Make breakfast. 4-6 oz of pork, a slice of toast, fried in butter or lard, 2eggs + a spot of milk in an omelette, also fried in butter or lard, ~1/8 cup of yogurt, and a 12 oz mug of tea.
3-4 hours later, I have a 24oz protein shake
4-5 hours later, I'll have dinner.
Dinner is usually varied, but I definitely enjoy having mostly carbs, since for my fitness goals the shake and breakfast cover most of my protein needs. Dishes like Shepherd's pie, stir fry, lasagna, or chili. Sometimes I'll go low effort with ramen and a couple eggs.
I keep a couple tubs of ice cream handy if I ever feel like I've under eaten for the day.
The number one key I feel to my progress has been getting enough sleep, and making a habit of eating a big breakfast.
Thanks this is very helpful. I wake up at 7 then workout and eat at 10. I’ll be hungry for lunch but never enough to eat a lot. I hate living with my parents
I eat an 800 calorie meal when I wake up and another around 6-7pm. After each meal I drink a third of a 2600 calorie shake and end up around 4200 fairly easy. If you have any questions shoot
How the frick you get a shake 2600 calories?
I use 3 scoops of optimum nutrition mass gainer which comes in around 1950 calories with 6 cups of 2% milk which is 130 calories a cup so 1950+780= 2730. And I tend to go over 6 cups of milk.
I love milk.
Where do you guys live that you can afford to buy all sorts of foods all the time whenever you want and have a super elaborated diet? Are you all rich neets?
I was in your shoes a few days ago but I found a solution. Just eat as much as you can during the day, and if you're short on calories at the end of the day just fill it in with nuts and milk. It also helps to eat a second light lunch in the afternoon.
a bit out of context question, which is the best calorie calculator app? mymacros+ or fitness pal?
Welcome to clean eating street
protip: you drink the calories
Here's how I sustain 3000 to 3500 calories without meat or resorting to oats, mass gainers, peanuts and similar garbage. I don't even do protein powders:
>"breakfast" 200-500
Coffee with butter and a bit of cocoa powder, you can easily push it to 500 with MCT oil and coconut oil
>first meal at least 500
Half a liter of kefir on an empty stomach
Protein (4 eggs or can of fish or farmer market cheese) with some veggies (cherry tomatoes, asparagus etc.)
>olive oil 600-700
I'm marking it here so it's easier to count, drizzle it over everything, this is 5-6 tablespoons
>something sweet 800
I allow myself any number of bananas and blueberries because it's better than eating processed garbage, usually do 2-3, these calories are also nuts, milk and coconut milk
>evening XXX calories I have to fill
I do a roast in the oven, usually tubers + vegetables + fish
One of my go-to's is a fresh ball of mozzarella (330 calories) over zucchini or eggplant
This doesn’t seem to add up to 3000
I picked a random day, this is WITHOUT tubers/rice and still 3300
>ceci = chickpeas
>sgombro = mackerel
>ziegen heumilsch = goat milk
I'll write more about my staples:
>good olive oil
>seasonal fruits and veg (had a full freezer full of organic blueberries, will do strawberries as well next year)
>any nuts (peanuts are not nuts)
>dairy: goat or raw cow milk, kefir, greek yoghurt, fresh mozzarella
>fish, both canned (deens and mackerel, tuna maybe once a week) and fresh from the farmer's market
>white rice, buckwheat, quinoa, tubers for carbs
its called a pint of ben and jerries
Yeah I don't know how the frick fat people get fat
