So I got a minor injury on my bicep.

So I got a minor injury on my bicep. It's like the tendon area or whatever at the bottom near the forearm and it doesn't hurt that much it's more of an annoying slight discomfort when I lift on the right side of the "tendon area". I've had it for like 4 days now and I can lift it's just annoying. I was gonna wait but it's been like four fucking days and I want to get back to lifting. It's not DOMS. It's like I pulled it a little or something, doesn't feel serious, just annoying.

SHOULD I LIFT ANYWAY (20 LBS FREE WEIGHTS IN EACH HAND) OR JUST WAIT UNTIL IT'S GONE? I got it when I upped the weight to 40 seeing if I could do 5 of it but I couldn't.

            Do 10 or even 5lbs
you want blood flow in the area to help accelerate the healing.
Leaving it alone and getting stiff isn't the best.

Are physios expensive in the US? Where I live they cost at most around 100USD
Have a look on YT for physio videos, theres a heap of video guides for rehab exercises.

          >just lose all your gains bro

OP. Look up online physical therapy. Start doing exercises to strengthen your tendons. Lower the weights. Focus on your form.

          >got it when I upped the weight to 40
So you egolifted and got yourself hurt. I hope you learned something from this

I can only say that by me a SARM has healed this shit
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ganglion_cyst
after a punction. I had a limited time to recover, but otherwise the surgeon said another smaller ganglion would build up 80%.

Release and massage your muscles and then do high rep / low weight workouts for at least 2 weeks. Your muscle won't fade and may even improve due to the high(er) volume.
