So I'm losing weight like crazy. I noticed that my body has this uneasy feeling that goes away when I eat. Doctors put me on medicine and my metabolism kicked into super drive mode. Do you ever get used to the feeling of hunger like this? I went from 340 lbs down to 278.8 lbs in just 2 months. I have a long way to go. I noticed that when I'm really hungry I can feel it. So there's a difference. Is there a supplement I can take to ease this feeling?

Sounds like your blood sugars not stable. Try eating oats with lots of cinnamon for breakfast. The fiber plus a chemical in the cinnamon will really help.

Thank you, I'll go eat some oatmeal right now with cinnamon. It's not my sugar, my sugar is 82.

I have an autoimmune disease called Lada. It affects multiple organs. Kidneys thyroid pancreas etc. My sugar is fine (for now) but I'm not eating bread anymore. I cut all sugar. A dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor. It's a once a week shot I gotta inject myself with. It's not diabetes yet they said but it effects everything. Might be lupus. I need more testing. The medication blocks erythematosus and my body, brain, etc lit up like a Christmas tree.

I’ve been really really fricked up before it’s not a good feeling
It sucks shit and there might be times where yes you feel like you’re gunna die but trust me on this make through everything else won’t seem like a big deal in comparison
if you end up in the hospital with the morphine button and are hitting that motherfricker as often as you can just know you’re not the only person that’s been there
just focus on making it out the other side and visualize it being over it’s a mental game you can’t let your spirit get smashed that’s when you’re in deep shit
you’ve just got to keep going and not fall

Honestly I'm not on any pain medicine. I've never been given it. I didn't ask for it.
