So i'm told you need 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight to see actual progress
How the frick do I do this without consuming synthetic garbage like protein powders amongst other cancer supplements
I'd much rather maintain my health, lean muscle and be able to breathe properly than become some tank
what foods do you lads eat ?
All dairy is poison unless you get it straight from a farmer
Vegetable oils in anything I also exclude and i'm trying to cut back on pesticide riddled vegies / fruits but it's impossible

    First,
    >Whey
    >Synthetic garbage
    No
Second, 1g/lb is just the theoretical cutoff point past which there's no benefit in extra protein. Some studies show about 0.75g is sufficient and there is no benefit past that. Even more, even if you don't get quite close, the difference between maximum and 90%-80% isn't big, if any at all.
Third, eat chicken breast, 30g protein in 100g cooked (or so). Greek yogurt is another good choice

Whey is an abomination to gods creation. Nowhere in earth are the powder supplements they sell found naturally. Pasteurized milk is not real milk, same applies to creatine and all your bullshit little delusions
All dairy is unhealthy and inconsumable.

I could probably cut corners and try the 0.75 to the exact and see if I get results over months, but from what i've been reading precise measurements and protein is extremely vital to muscle definition

Steak, eggs, milk, mushrooms. Makes it easy, just have to round things off with potatoes, butter, cheese and you got a solid diet. Veggies and fruit are basically memes. Maybe have some Broccoli or asparagus when the craving hits but otherwise they are just cheap filler with shitty calories.

Can't do dairy but I mainly use coconut oil as a substitute oil. veggies are to stabilize any acidity in the bowels, and fruits for whenever you crave sugar. Consuming both unfortunately in modern times is the equivalent of drinking and entire can of pesticides, unsure if its even worth it

don't do coconut oil, that tastes like shit with savory items like beef and mushrooms. Do olive oil/avacado oil/flaxseed oil. It's healthy enough as long as you get the organic high end stuff. But you should already be getting the high end stuff, and that applies to all food. No point in try harding to be fit if you can't afford it.

Tastes better than vegetable oil to me idk you might have queer tastebuds
I would prefer olive oil if i was a richgay (grocery sold olive-oil is not the real thing i assure you and its equivalent to seed cancer)

or just trim your steaks before cooking, melt the fat down and cook your veg in that. You can also trim other beef cuts and keep the trimmings in your freezer to melt a lot down at one time. You're gonna eat that steak fat one way or another so why not kill two food groups with one food byproduct

bacon is decent substitute sometimes, I'm a poorgay lmao I eat steak maybe once every two years

There really needs to be some sort of sticky to make it clear that it is one gram of protein per LEAN BODY MASS not total body weight. If you weigh 200 pounds you realistically only need 150-170 grams of protein even at 10% Bodyfat because of things like water weight and other factors that make you heavier on a scale but don't actually increase your protein requirements.

People are getting far more protein than they actually need to build muscle and it's going to waste.

i'll keep this in mind anon, thanks for the clarification I haven't really considered I just assumed the c**ts I read it from knew what they were talking about because they were shredded

oh ? so it was god that created the modern man-made abominations you call "food" ?
didn't know it was god to extract all the nutrients from milk and replace it with backwashed preservatives and starch haha
didn't know god was putting all those gallons of pesticides on all of our crops to maintain maximum yield haha
i didnt know that god was the one to genetically modify the chicken in the 1950s to make it the fattest overgrown flavorless piece of shit eating corn and cancer all day, killed at 1 month old (infancy) hahaha
didnt know god was the one putting microplastics in our water/food and fluoridating / mercury poisoning our waters haha
          fricking moron.

Do cabbage instead, boosts testosterone. If cooked right it's the tastiest vegetable too, just no boiling it. Fry in fat/oil and cover, let it get caramelized.

How do you calculate lean body mass? All the calculators either miss the bodyfat percentage input or the height input. I thought you need both plus weight for it.

OP, most of your ideas are good, here is my advice:

    - avoid whey protein powder, use some other protein powder such as collagen powder
    - avoid fruit, eat organic veggies and just wash them or peel them and pesticide is a non issue (if you are having trouble with certain veggies, just do an elimination diet and gradually re-introduce them one at a time until you identify what the problematic ones are, personally i mostly just eat onions, celery, carrots, garlic, peppers, cabbage, sauerkraut, but that's just what works for me)
    - eat lots of meat, i do a lot of ground beef / turkey mixed with veggies because they're easy to meal prep

you dont, a 300lbs fat frick does not need 300g of protein. simple as.
it's 1g per lean body mass and even that is pushing it.
aim for ~150g and try to get 100g minimum. its really easy, eat a pound of meat everyday, couple eggs and a quark and you are comfortably at ~120g with like 1000 calories in.

why do you think the supplement industry tries to tell you you need 300g of protein a day? could it be because that's the "only" reason why people would need to buy fart powder, because it's hard to reach that eating normally`?
