Cheat days are a moronic concept. You can literally eat healthy delicious food all the time.

Yeah, but sometimes I just really want a big greasy cheeseburger. Having a cheat meal let's me do that occasionally without letting it become a habit, or multiple times a week kind of thing

I guess you're just cooler than me, anon. Try not to choke on all that hot wiener coming your way with your strict diet. I'm sure all the fellas at the parade appreciate your dedication.

What's unhealthy about a cheeseburger? Just skip the fries.

Just make it homemade. Opt for a leaner ground beef, replace the mayo in your burger sauce with greek yogurt, use less cheese. There's no reason why ground beef, cheese, some veggies and bread can't be part of a healthy diet.

Nothing wrong with mayo. Just buy non soi mayo.

If you want cheat meals you need to schedule them based on milestones of weight loss.
        >300lbs
First cheat meal at 250lbs, 230lbs, 220lbs, 210lbs, 200lbs, 190lbs. Can be time based (like once a month) when you’re under 18% bf.
If it’s stuff like burgers you want, do keto OMAD. Have your burgers wrapped in lettuce no buns.

While I do agree that you can make delicious food that is healthy. Sometimes, nothing hits quite like some super goyslop.

Two double quarter pounders no fries. My go to. Not even that unhealthy. Has a shitload of protein.

I've found that most goyslop just don't hit right anymore. The only slop I enjoy eating are burgers and pizzas, obviously without seed oils. Anything else bloats my shit up

…or you could just make it? Make a fricking burger, takes like ten minutes…can use decent quality buns, veggies, and superior quality ground beef and just add butter to the toasted buns if you want that goyslop grease

cheat days are a product of high carb diets. all of the common diets fitness youtubers have promoted are fricking stupid. they are always craving things in the back of their mind like drug addicts because they don't realise that high carb foods are drugs

    How to have "cheat" days

    >don't actually have cheat days where it's all day cheating, just set aside a day where you have a single cheat meal on that day
    >plan out the portions beforehand so you don't overindulge
    >don't drink any liquid calories
    >don't have any sides, only focus on a single main course

That's it. You can down some pizza slices or buffalo wings this way.

If you aren't having cheat meals in your dreams, you're NGMI. If you aren't capable of doing this, an alternative is imagining yourself eating a cheat meal. Works very well (and is very cost effective: I can eat 10 fricking burgers in my head, and it costs 0$. Fantastic)
