Soda

This is the biggest contributing factor to the obesity epidemic. Your average American consume WAY too much soda. I can guarantee if soda wasn't so prevalent in our society obesity rates would be cut in half

OP is an obese fatass who likely consumes 5+ cans a day. You are just projecting your poison of choice onto others.

Btw I'm 12% bodyfat and drink 2 pepsi cans a day.

Added salt is unneccesary and leads to a myriad of issues, there is a reason meat has frick all salt.

The actual amount of salt you need is miniscule.

High fructose corn syrups are the enemy. Soda is just the quickest way to ingest huge volumes of HFCS's.

Ok so you're saying soda is also causing the obesity epidemic in all of Europe too? Is there even a single European country with less than 50% overweight ratio?

I just used America as an example. Obviously other countries with high soda intake are gonna have high obesity rates as well

What do you care? Even if someone tells you that it is bad, you're going to perform the mental gymnastics required to justify your continued consumption of your gay little soda.

It is refreshing and I like the bubbles. The carbonation is nice and I get that pleasant feeling instead of drinking a beer

I agree with OP. Sure, you could manage your diet to fit some soda in, and sure, you could burn off the soda with physical activity, but at the end of the day, who is really doing that? Not most people.
