I don't need to imagine it, it's literally not achievable. There is literally not one guy on the planet that looks like him natty, so where is the controversy exactly?
Bro chill
He's completely natural looking. He just makes sure to show himself with a pump, tan and good lighting like all other influencers
He doesn't look like this most of the time
He is young and all he does is living exactly what he is preaching. Good diet, good sleep, hard training...
So my guess is he is natty, especially when you see him relaxed without a pump. I don't really follow him anymore since he started building a whole business around his persona and he is too esoteric for me.
I like sol, but I don't really follow him any longer. He got to that point on twitter where he was just saying shit to say shit and have his tweet come across your feed for "branding" purposes. Staying top of mind. That's fine, but to do that the quality of his tweets went to shit and he started talking about all kinds of goofy bullshit. Couldn't do it anymore.
I listen to his podcast to keep me motivated and inspired to train and eat properly. Not that I need motivation but it's nice to listen to a discussion on things you care about while you're doing basic chores.
However, he has the most retarded ideas which he uses to keep himself relevant. Always finding the next lifestyle boogie man that will tank your test or the new mega based supp that will give you steroids-like results.
Not to mention that this whole subcommunity is a circle jerk. Homerhelios posted his date/butter snack and the next day he reposted other wannabes eating the same retarded snack.
>Always finding the next lifestyle boogie man that will tank your test or the new mega based supp
This is what I was talking about. It would be stupid shit like
"When you drive your car your balls are smashed together, so i roll down the window and throw my left leg out the window where my balls are at their most relaxed for the whole ride. It boosts test and immune system."
Then followed up with a week of "Are you spread leg driving brah?" and ultimately it would end with him trying to sell a pad that you can sit your leg on to hang it out the window.
That sequence became so predictable that following him became boring.
Supplement peddler and grifter. Doesn't seem like a bad guy, but the way he mixes "spiritualism", evola (reads him for clout with a certain audience) and other new age bullshit is off to me. "Spiritual people" like him reek of shit to me
Yawn. Another roidchud
imagine thinking that's not achievable natty

twitter chud with a cucked fan base
grifter
Got some very decent opinions on nutrition, working out, and spirituality but yeah he comes off as a grifter some times
But I like him
Good physique but aren't his arms too small?
Natty low bf% arms
I know because I am the same

He looks great but his routines are só fucking gay that I can't. Even if I would look as amazing as him if I did his routine I still can't do it.

good views on health and training but turned gr1fth0r
