    Who thought half an avocado was a good idea? The other half will go bad! And besides, avocado and walnuts are just fat anyway. If you're on a cut you should be minimizing fat and carbs while increasing protein. Dumb pic is dumb.

        I'm afraid so. Eating nothing at all, you'd be in a roughly 2000 cal/day deficit, which in 14 days is 28000 calories. Fat is 3500 cal/lb, so you'd just lose 8 lbs. The remaining 12 lbs would require 3000 cal/day of additional activity, which is like 4-6 hours on a bike. Adding half avocados and walnuts won't help.

            Good question so I am going to jump in here. There are a lot of ways. Just carnivore alone would get you that weight loss. You can also just walk 6mi/10km 5 times a week and maintain an 1800 calorie diet. Just make sure to eat high protein and high nutrient foods to stay healthy while being in this steep of a calorie deficit. That means no sweets or grains for the whole month as they are just too low in nutrients for the amount of calories. You will just end up sick and feeling awful. You can also fast 3 day a week and eat close to maintenance the other 4 days. Also OMAD (One Meal A Day) works pretty well, but can be difficult to start. I recommend intermittent fasting to get used to not eating for the majority of the day. Start out with a 10 hour window and scale it down 2 hours every week until you are at one meal a day. Not the quickest way of losing weight, but if you have a lot to lose is the most sustainable diet for long periods of time. Just make sure you go all out with your one meal and have every food group on your plate. Spaghetti with meatballs and a glass of milk and a glass of juice is a nice cheap meal for this diet. Don't worry too much about how much you are eating. As long as it isn't fast food or something similar it is really hard to go over your calories especially as your stomach should shrink so you will get fuller faster.

                You could lose a lot of water weight and the weight from the amount of shitting you would do. This guy pretty much covered it.

                More or less but it's not fat you're losing. In the first 7-10 days of a cut what you're mostly losing is water and glycogen. When you abruptly start eating what looks like about 800 calories there yeah your system shits the bed.

                Have about 3-5 lbs less of waste in your bowels
                Have about 8-10 lbs less water
                And just under of pound of glycogen gone.
                So yes you can lose 20 lbs but but 16-18 is coming back.

                Otherwise you would only lose about 10lbs of fat and muscle. You would immediately put back on whatever wasn't muscle and fat as soon as you start eating at maintenance again. With weight loss there isn't really any cheat ways to lose it faster besides powerful stimulants like meth or cocaine. Don't drink laxatives to lose weight. It will work, but you are going to very quickly develop nutrient deficiencies and you may never be able to shit without them again.

    If you're going to lose 20lbs in 14 days you had better stop eating anything and start running a marathon a day or something. You're going to have to burn an extra 3,000 calories per day on top of not eating anything to lose 20lbs in 14 days.

    No not at all. You would lose weight in the long run on this diet though. Let's say your base metabolic rate is 2500 Cal/kcal. That totals up to 35,000 calories in two weeks. If you ate absolutely nothing you would only lose about 10lbs. It is bullshit. Hell with all that extra potassium in there you might even gain a pound or two of water weight your first week.
