This doesn't do anything for me I've never smoked and I use it exactly like it tells me to.

You shouldn't have to need something that speeds up metabolism if you're doing your workouts right

I was on a 1600 calorie diet for a year, lifting 3 days a week. Didn't lose anything.

Since chewing 5 pieces of nicotine gum a day, I've lost 15 pounds in 3 months on the same diet and routine.

It works. And it's a good thing cause I was getting fat.

      Exactly. Stimulants are poison.

    >40mg ritalin
    >2 teaspoons of salt

This isn't scientifically fact checked in any way but have you noticed that as tobacco consumption has declined men have become more effeminate?

Men have becoming more effeminate as tobacco consumption has declined. This hasn't been scientifically fact checked in any way, but haven't you noticed?

It contributes to ED but doesn't do it alone. You'd have to be a fat out-of-shape frick hormonally out-of-whack for it to do it, and before that it'll help you last longer in bed as it reduces sensitivity. Fricking moron.

Gum is the most expensive way to get nicotine.

      depends on the state
here in israelite york, buying cigarettes is pants on head moronic since a pack is at minimum going to be $14. chink made disposable vapes that every deli sells are usually $10 and last like two days, they're absolute trash for the most part except some seem alright like Elf Bars but they make you feel like a heroin junkie homosexual if you ever have one. Zyns seem like the best bet since they're usually like $6 and can last a while

$40 for 100 gums in not more expensive than cigarettes. especially since one 4mg gum is much stronger than one cigarette.

I heard you could buy the concentrate and then like make hard candies or something. Worth looking into for cheaper alternatives. The gum right now is like 0.25 cents a gum. That's far too expensive for what it is.

Nicotine isn’t worth it. Extremely addicting drug that only feels good for like the first week and then you spend the next several years going back to it every day just to keep the withdrawal away.
When I quit zyns my resting heart rate dropped 10 bpm in less than 48 hours.
Whatever “benefits” you think you get from nicotine, you can get from just drinking coffee.

IKTFB. Nicotine destroys my athletic performance. Caffeine doesn't help but it's more manageable. Trying to get back to the super slow heart rate of my teens. God how I loved to run.

2mg gay here. Thank God I can withdraw overnight. But I crave when I drink coffee. That's why I have to quit them together.

I think eating breakfast will save me. I feel that high cortisol feeling when I wake up. Need sugar to get it down instead of amplifying it with stims.
