Sports that compliment strength training/bodybuilding

I used to really enjoy distance running, but as I've gotten bigger, my times have gone to shit and my knees don't handle it as well.

What are some competitive sports you can do as an adult where you'll benefit from being swole? I'm thinking bjj/mma maybe.

I like mountain biking in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.

Muay Thai at a friendly gym is so fricking fun, great cardio and helps flexibility.

nothing is better than having strong legs for ski season

MMA is the friendliest sport to adult newcomers. Anything in the olympics is basically out of reach but MMA you can start tomorrow.

Wrong. Being skinny and long works best in mma because reach advantage matters most.

You are not supposed to do anything else but lift. You lift to grow muscle, so later that new muscle builds even more muscle.

1 of the top 5 was a range abuser, but guys like gsp, mighty mouse, Cormier and even Jones himself were just wrestlefrickers. Basically wrestling is the best mma base.

Jon is probably personally pulling the reach stat up at 10+ inches. I can hardly think of any other fighters with reach disparities that big over multiple opponents.

Jones would’ve lost if him and Cormier had equal height/reach. Him and Adesanya are just all height/reach + counterpunching bullies, Blachowicz and Pereira exposed that in the latter with their legit striking skills in their respective fights.

Cormier is vastly more skilled, but when you watch them fight you can clearly see cormier was never going to win in a million years. The frame difference was too great.

Bjj, judo, or look up an adult league for rugby that’s a low division and friendly to newcomers. Or unironically do CrossFit and sign up for local competitions

Other than bodybuilding, I don't think there is any competitive sport out there that benefits greatly from being huge. Most, if not all sports, don't focus on bodybuilding in general.

Any grappling arts benefit heavily from having a lot of muscle. Other than that... Shotput I guess?

Wrestling. Failing that Judo. Failing that MMA. Failing that BJJ. All the old-timey strongmen were also wrestlers.

That, although with light sparring being big doesn't help that much, you just get tired quicker.

Biking is low impact. Swimming. Climbing. Your knees might do better with hiking.

All sports are detrimental to body building and powerlifting
However if you're a gymcel trying to get women one of the most attractive things you can do is learn martial arts and walk around with the confidence knowing you can kick anyones ass. go around be dominant and alpha as frick and women will be water falls for you
If you live in a shitty neighborhood like me where cops don't even give a shit about fights, you can go to bars, get in fights and take your pick of the women. I fricked a 10/10 bartender doing that
She acted pissed off about me ''always causing trouble'' but she warmed up and let me frick her (she was married)

Also i'm 5'5'' and used to do body bulding, got 220 lbs LEAN but then i took the mma pill. The girl i fricked was 5'9'' and her husband is 6'4'' and leftist.I go around bullying hipsters (lots of them in my shitty neighborhood because of gentrification), leftists and people who don't seem based. Almost every woman who's seen my ultra macho tough guy act gets weak in my presence
