Doesn't Deadlift cover the same muscles?

Not in the same range of motion. An isometric hold is way worse than a full range of motion. If you just add barbell rows or dumbbell rows I think you would have an essentially program. Add biceps triceps and calves and lateral raises and you have every exercise you need

          >Not in the same range of motion
The purpose of the traps and lats is to hold your arms in place when you pick up heavy weights from the ground. They are isometric muscles. The barbell row is a decent accessory for the deadlift, but entirely unnecessary for someone who is lifting less than 400 lbs off the ground.

        Nah.
Deadlifts are isometrically going to target your traps, erectors and lats to an extent.
Your back is 10+ muscles, you need a form of horizontal pulling too. It can also double as a light hinge depending on how you do the row.

You aren't going to deadlift from the floor 2-3x a week for a long time if you actually build any strength. So on the second "deadlift day" you'll be doing e.g an RDL + a row and more back/bi's. Can also row on both days.

        >No biceps and long head triceps isolation
        >No calves and tibialis
        >No abs and obliques
I mean, if that's all you want, you can do it with even less: Deficit clean and press and muscle up

No, deadlift is mostly lower body. It barely works anything upper body except erectors. To work your entire back side you'd need cheat/deadlift rows like Rubish-style or Woolam-style rows.

      yeah that's all I do. I lift twice a week, 5RMing
      >bench, Pendlay row, squat
      >OHP, deadlift, weighted pullup
I run the day after the second cuz it doesn't really have legs. It's working.

9/10, pretty close to my workouts
main lifts: squat, press, bench, DL
accessories: pendlay row, pullups, close grip bench, incline bench, SLDL

bench or DL are my current focus so accessories are targeted for those
    3 lifts a workout, 3 days a week
    2 days GPP or sport
