That’s just not true. He had done stuff like sets of 50 squats, he’s done that Pig-Squats thing where he does like 20 sets of 10 reps going from 20kg to 200kg set after set
>willpowa flexo
Most people cant go a month without skipping one of the 3 day/week 1 hour workouts. This moron proves the power of autizmo to normalgays and makes them seethe. Big based
Probably ate a couple of meals before exercising.
I used to work out fasted and always had my belly tight but these days I have to work out later in the day after a few meals and there is quite a difference.
>powertrooning
Tbf, he is not even doing that. He's just squatting every day with no clear direction or plan and then occasionally he'll sandbag some other movement and then start complaining about fatigue and joint, hip pain and drop it.
"It must be the rows that are making me feel tired and weak, it couldn't be the autistic squatting and deadlifting frequency"
He hasn't actually squatted 1119 days in a row right? I just figured someone doing an exercise that many days in a row would actually look shredded or jacked.
I've done like 50 days of decent exercise and I feel like I look more fit. I couldn't squat anything near what he's doing, but I'd rather stick with low weights high reps and have a better physique.
Thats not how exercise works bro, the results are not linear and consistent across time. You dont just keep making gains after gains after gains eternally at the same rate you did when you first started. The gains come to a halt and then you hae to fight tooth and nail for every inch after that.
Think of training like this.
It takes 20% of your energy to get through the first 80% of the race, but then it takes 80% of your energy to get through the last 20% of the race.
Or think of it like this...
You can make it half way to your destination in 1 month, but then it takes 10 years to complete the final half of the way.
>He hasn't actually squatted 1119 days in a row right?
I’m wondering about this too.
How the hell does he squat on vacation or when he gets sick/injured?
I don’t really know anything about the guy other than he squats every day, so I tried doing an exercise I love doing every day as well.
My first streak was barbell benching 16 days in a row, then 32 days in a row, then finally 72 days in a row.
I have a home gym that made things convenient.
I had a consistent work schedule so I could workout at the same time.
No gf/wife/kids to sap energy away from me.
I had the opposite, a waifu to support me, and a few friendly trips from /plg/ to guide me.
I made gains on a bunch of bench variations and ultimately finished with a 200kg bench (from which I’ve regressed).
It wasn’t easy, and I tried to make it as easy as possible, so I’m wondering if he had any shortcuts and workarounds to keep the streak alive. >inb4 Slav autism
I am a Slav as well, I get it, but there’s more at play here.
That 200kg bench was in March, though I hit 415lbs pretty comfortably just an hour ago.
I don't look like much, also I just got over whatever mystery virus was plaguing me over the past two weeks so I'm extra doughy.
All I do is bench and cable flies lol.
My question still stands, how does he work around illness/injury/vacation?
Does he bring a barbell and pl8s with him when he knows he won't have access to one on site?
>muh abs
picrel set the world record weightlifting total in 2015. 191kg snatch and 246kg clean and jerk... this white homie putting 400+lbs over his head like nothing on the daily...
But if seething at some random internet squatman's love handles makes you feel better about yourself you do you bro
>posting a pic of him on vacation and off cycle
Powertrannies are fricking shameless.

>1000+ days of lifting >is a fat dyel with no muscle mass AND shit lifts
I understand “it’s about the journey not the destination” but after youve spent years accomplishing nothing why do people keep on doing the same thing instead of reassessing their goals and methods
i have no idea who this is
but if he squats every day, can somebody tell me why he looks so bad? is this just bad genetics? or does he have a terrible diet? his torso is so soft, like skinny fat soft almost
Somebody hopefully tells you what he squats. He squats an absurd number and puts 99% of gym rats to shame.
But the main problem is, he's a perfect example of why rest (and nutrition) is crucial. If you squat every day heavy, you can't aesthetically grow muscles. You improve strength and endurance, like a third-world construction worker - they mostly also look skinny and fat even though they do grueling physical work every day.
He doesn’t squat that much, especially when you also look at how much he weighs (>100kg). He squats somewhere between 4.5 and 5.5pl8
Personally, I have squatted 5pl8 (before Covid when I was in my powerlifter phase) and all it took was a little bit under 3 years running SS, TM, and 5/3/1 (3-4 days per week)
Oh no, he only squats 4.5 plates, an amount that most people can’t do.
I guess this proves what everyone already knew. Squatting is a skill that can be perfected, but don’t expect to actually look good if you just squat and don’t do any upper body or dieting.
Didn't actually watch this one yet. I've been watching him for a while and find him inspirational, although I agree with what he says about modern society (based) I watch him for the fitness tips mostly squatting.
everyone's got a frickin opinion these days. just squat the damn weights!
>everyone's got a frickin opinion these days. just squat the damn weights!
why did you post a picture of your average power lifter??
FOR PARTY ROCKING
>ooooooohhhhhh immmm pooooooostttiinnnn' ivaaaaaaaaaaasssssan agaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhggggggggooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnn
nobody cares about this autist
If he did arms and back everyday his physique would be much better
if he trained properly he wouldnt need to do anything everyday
why the frick does he only do low reps, did he ever explain this
That’s just not true. He had done stuff like sets of 50 squats, he’s done that Pig-Squats thing where he does like 20 sets of 10 reps going from 20kg to 200kg set after set
go away ivan
then why does he make no hypertrophy gains lol
Its squats also he did just needs to cut
if you learned proper grammar your posts would be much better
"everyday" is an adjective; he means "every day".
"everyday" is an adjective; you mean "every day".
You're an everyday homosexual, every day.
but then he wouldn't get patreon money from redditors that like squats
Whats the point in overtraining?

Holy FRICK, the nurse poster on IST was Ivan the entire time? wasn't it??
i hope he starts training upper body more, and goes on a cut
he puts in too much effort and discipline to look like this
If he doesn't kill himself the whole series's been a total waste
why is his belly so fat?
Probably ate a couple of meals before exercising.
I used to work out fasted and always had my belly tight but these days I have to work out later in the day after a few meals and there is quite a difference.
So.. this is the power of 3 years of powertrooning...damn
powershitters in shambles
>Powertrooning
LOL i think thats an original content right there, do you mind if I start using the saying "powertrooning" and "powertrooner"
Ive just been using "powershitter", "powershitting", "powersharting", and "powersharter, but this "powertrooning" is new
What a fricking homosexual.Just hike every day.
>powertrooning

Jumping rope for 12 minutes a day would give you a better physique than this.
looks like shite, what a loser

Nice larp. Post video of your bench.
You can find it in the archives if you want, but you need to post body first if you wish to continue.
>I just figured someone doing an exercise that many days in a row would actually look shredded or jacked.
That's really cute anon
>Train hard for four days
>Take the other four on shift very easy
>Makes gains
Instead he just does a random mishmash of junk while eating like shit.
it's too late for him....
