I don't agree, these videos are tame as frick and YT allows utter degeneracy to run rampant on their platform and actual human moderators take issue with something as benign as this? You just know the onions who reviewed the caution/removal is some limp wristed homosexual who felt seething rage at another man improving himself and sharing his journey of positive masculinity to an growing and receptive audience.

We all can agree with the fact that YouTube's rules are fricking moronic for the most part, but that has being known for a long while now. He knew when he made that video that he needed to be a bit careful with how to say things but he chose to name his video "sex sex sex sex" which is just looking for trouble.

It's annoying that they took it down, but also he is not the warrior of intellectualism and free speech that he is trying to portray himself as. As far as I understand, he didn't even get a strike, it was just one video taken down for clear reasons he should've seen coming. That whole tantrum about "Destroy my channel, delete everything, big Google doesn't like what I have to say" is just cringe. He probably could just re-upload the video with a bit of editing and a different title. His takes on that video aren't anything new, a lot of people has talked about it on YouTube, he didn't say anything that suddenly shaked our perspective on society and started a whole new social movement or something, it was just generic commentary about hypersexualization.

He is definitely losing it. I think he also is a bit tired of the family life, he is depressed and he is not getting any better soon. I can't imagine things with his wife are being all clourful and happy if he is constantly on this doomer mood. I hope he gets better, but all this whinning is uncalled for. Is like if he went to the church and started talking about porn to the priest and then whined about being told to not talk like that, not even getting kicked out

If I may interject my analysis

Someone who devotes themself to such a specific cause does so either because it'll get them lots of success, or it's funny - meaning they'll stop when it stops being funny - or because they think it's the answer to something. He's been spinning his wheels for forever because squatting every day as it turns out is moronic and is not the answer to a balanced healthy physique.

He can fool himself by thinking he has a good back or a good core or something, but facing an unexpected setback can trigger your other failures to present themselves and clearly has done in this case

That much dedication and love without reward is painful for any man.
Lots of his last rants have also been about how the fitness industry sucks.

It could very well be that he's having a period where working out feels pointless but because he has squatting so ingrained in his sense of self-worth and personality, his conscious brain is fighting with the deeper thoughts and suppressing them. So he gets angry instead.

Seems like a very dumb thing to lift every day for that long. Even 300 days straight is dumb. Even 80 days as well. At some point you have to give the body part enough of a rest so the muscle grows.

How the hell do I get squats up? I've been struggling for so long and I'm fed up with this shit. It must be because my hips and abs are just way too weak because at least I can leg press 14 plate for reps. So it can't be that my legs are too weak. My deadlifts suck too. Yet my upper body is pretty decently strong. Especially triceps and chest.

work on finding the right position at the top and bottom of the squat, I'd suggest squatting with an empty bar and try to plant your weight on your feet as naturally as possible at the top and find your comfortable depth at the bottom. Get as deep as your anatomy will allow (not any lower) and make sure you don't have any buttwink. Get used to doing that range of motion and get it feeling really smooth; once it's second nature, load up less weight than you could do before and go from there. If you're lifting heavy weight, focus most of your energy on bracing and getting as sturdy as you can. I've found that 3x5 (third set AMRAP) really brought my squat up but ymmv. Also do mobility work, stretching and and weighted stretching do wonders for your balance and stability in a squat

My squat fluctuates way too much. Especially if I miss a week to two weeks of a good solid leg day. Its an extreme struggle to get it up for me. Today I struggled with 5 reps + a weight belt on. Not too long ago I was doing 15 reps with the belt. I'm heavier now than I was when I did the 15 reps. However even when I did 15 reps its not like I powered through it with speed either. It felt like I had to really concentrate on each rep or perhaps my lower back or something would just cave in idk.

The most I got maybe two months ago now was 285 pounds with knee wraps and a belt. Even just one week of leg day missed seems to set me back huge it sucks. I'm wondering if I should do it 2-3 times a week every week and stick to 225 until I am repping 25+ reps with that. I don't even know if its perhaps even a mental thing either. Maybe my body is too imbalanced I just don't know anymore. Squatting feels so shit for me as does Deadlift. I also do live a very sedentary lifestyle otherwise so that can be a huge factor of shit gains for me. Wouldn't surprise me if most guys with strong DL and squat are much more active in their lives than I am.

But if 225 is a struggle doesn't it make more sense to get the number of reps up for that first? I just want to be able to do 225 as effectively as I could 135. Not think to myself before the very first rep oh man this is going to suck, hopefully I don't buckle under the weight.

          >My squat fluctuates way too much
Same here. From one week to another I would suddenly lose a bunch of strenght on my squat, then I would recover it, only to lose strenght again at some point in the future. I tried experimenting with volume, intenstity and frequency and it never stopped happening. Eventually I just gave up. I dropped the back squat and started doing front squats instead and never had problems making progress on them. I only do paused back squats as an accessory with whatever weight I can move on any given leg day

            Anonymous

I definitely blame myself for it though. Whether its that I am doing something wrong or maybe something is wrong internally with me that is preventing me from doing better its still on me. I just want to get it to a respectable number for my own sense of accomplishment is all. I ideally want it to be 400-500 and I think I'd be happy with that honestly. Same for deadlift. I'm a very small guy anyways height wise so lifting that much is perfectly fine to me.

A good hour maybe of pyramid routine and get at least 3 good sets of 225 pounds with good clean reps before a drop down. This sound good? Anybody on here do something like this to get past a plateau?
