        Oh please. I spent a year doing Bulgarian-lite with heavy squats and pulls 5x a week. I didn't grow at all and I eventually regressed because I wasn't getting enough volume in to grow. Once I did a couple of cycles of the LSUS Weightlifting routine my quads blew up and I got much much stronger

    I moved away from 1-5 reps to 10-15 and I never saw such huge gains like before.
    I wasted years with muh heavy training. Big big regret.
    I hope I can make it until next summer
