              You just gonna experiment with what makes you bloated friend. It took me years to figure it out, and it actually changes as you age, I never had problem with bell peppers before but I started to. Pickled peppers are okay though.
              For me it's mostly beans, lentils (gotta soak and cook super long so it is less gassy), bell pepper, onions (alright in small quantities)
              I also avoid salt and carbs in general because I don't fart after it but it bloats me and I have some fricking bloatlord genetics because I can change weight by 5 kilos in a matter of a day if I eat the wrong stuff and I can't even breathe afterwards + my face looks fat

              If you want cheap, tasty protein, then get chicken breast. It’s very versatile, cheap, quick to make, and tastes great as well. I, don’t understand all the hate that they get, I think people just overcook chicken breast until it tastes like rubber. If you’re truly a poorgay, then steal someone’s Costco membership and load up on $5 rotisserie chickens. Unbeatable price to performance.

                I just don't like handling raw chicken, it's extra work. You have to cut it, wash the cutting board, make sure you don't touch anything with your hands until you wash them etc. That's why I buy ground beef, open the pack, throw it right in the pan and only "cut it" later on when it's almost cooked. Cba with some grand cookery

                Ground chicken is also good btw but I think it's worse quality meat (even though it tastes great, sometimes I make it with noodles, chili, sesame oil, onions sauce, mirin and put a bit of mayo in once done, but that's not as low carb)

                You have to do more to chicken to make it taste good. Marinate, cook to the perfect temperature, eat with a side/sauce. Beef is a lot tastier on its own and doesn't need these steps.
                That said I make 5 breasts worth of chicken curry every week for lunches, never gets old, only uses one pot, reheats well, rice is optional if I'm cutting.

      I actually really like the plain taste. I eat carbs separately (oats with yoghurt, fruit etc) so I don't wanna overdo it. But most importantly, I prefer just eating the meat without sides in terms of taste. At most I'll add like a piece of mayo with tabasco mixed in. Or if I feel super fancy I'll make it with beans+corn+tomato sauce.
