    If you eat a sweet potato every night, your skin will look significantly healthier, will look tan because of the cartenoids in it, and you will shit solid logs without smear on the toilet paper every time

    it's less guilt but realistically the only thing in salad that will make you "feel better" is more dietary fat from the dressing if your diet is low on fat. People underestimate what a powerful influence dietary fat has on your hormones.

    Bro salads are pretty based. You can get some good fats from olives and beans, you can get all the vitamins you need and properly absorb them. Shit like cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, and spinach do a good job filling you up while being pretty low in calories but still giving you nutrition. Then just top it off with some grilled chicken or steak and you have yourself the most based lunch I've found. You can add in carrots and peppers if you want some extra carbs and crunch.

    Pic related is my base diet. Sometimes I cheat on dinner but the breakfast and lunch are always the same

        No, I think eating a variety of vegetables helps you get the vitamins you need and absorb them properly. You can take vitamin supplements with food too but the last time I did that I got constipated

      >pickled red onions (easy to make)
      >protein ranch (also homemade)
      that's the base. it's good with steak, chicken, or bacon. occasionally i add some smoked cheddar in place of the egg + sunflower/pumpkin seeds
