Try just eating normal food. The reason you're having bad shits, gas, and stomach upsets is because most of that stuff passes right through your stomach and into your gut undigested. Hawking useless fart powders is just a way for professional roiders to make money because there's no money in bodybuilding otherwise. No pro-bodybuilders or strength athletes or any other athletes actually use protein powders. They just eat normal food.
