What do? Should I start taking vegan protein instead? It tastes like shit and im not sure if all the proteins/peptides are the same, so it may not be as effective. I don’t think it’s a case of low quality whey because I’m using a highly rated brand which is quite expensive. I like the results of using this whey protein but the acne and digestive impacts are pretty annoying

    Try just eating normal food. The reason you're having bad shits, gas, and stomach upsets is because most of that stuff passes right through your stomach and into your gut undigested. Hawking useless fart powders is just a way for professional roiders to make money because there's no money in bodybuilding otherwise. No pro-bodybuilders or strength athletes or any other athletes actually use protein powders. They just eat normal food. They tell you to buy it so they can afford drugs without having to work a real job or going back to g4p.
