    desu, not worth having a big neck when you wake up every 2 hours at night feeling like youre getting chocked. Had to loose weight and stop training neck, at least this is my experience and no, I'm not a fatty

      not op, but the number one risk factor for sleep apnea is a neck over 17".
      But that's not the only thing that causes it.
      Unless you need a strong neck for wrestling or something no point in training neck directly. You'll just fuck yourself up.
      Sleep apnea fucking sucks. It raises hemoglobin and hematocrit which lowers O2 saturation. I'm walking around literally slowly suffocating all day.
      When I ever I mention this in these stupid "neckpill threads" all the pencil-neck dyels who make these threads call me a fat garden gnome trying to keep goyim from become Aryan super soldiers.

    bullshit I went to 43cm and I get better sleep. Big Neck related sleep problems is from fat not muscles. Also sleep on your side like a normal human and get a tempur pillow
