    Kek I started squatting after many years off. Just went with 135lbs and kept steadily adding each session even if it was very easy because it's the smart thing to do adapt and avoid injuries.
    Found myself mogged after a few sessions by a girl squatting 2pl8. 3 months later and I am squatting that for reps, that is the virtue of being a man. You mog what are intermediate to advanced levels of lifts for a woman in a few months.

      Same results here. Starting strength gets shit on a lot but it’s amazing how fast you can progress on it. I’m set to meet 1pl8 bench for reps this week and 2pl8 squat
