Yeah if you have baldness in your family it's not really worth it to take. I'd rather go bald in my 30s then my 20s. But if no one in your family is bald then it's a really good supplement to take.
gave me a minor but definite improvement, i'd guess 10%
liar

again, this is just advice that some homosexual pulled out of his ass. show me where increased DHT from creatine causes hair loss faster than increased DHT from simply lifting
I was a non-responder to it. I think it's because I eat a lot of red meat. Training partner took it and he was able to get slightly faster results compared to without. He was plateaued on OHP at 145 for 8 for a while and adding the creatine got him up to 10 reps for example
I started about 2 weeks ago with 10mg daily. You need to be drinking a ton of water daily to see any effects from this. I started drinking about 1 gallon of water a day when I started the creatine. I feel energy during the day at work. I no longer need caffeine first thing in the morning. My lifts are making improvements. I have maintained weight since I started taking it even though I am currently eating 1700 calories a day. Muscles seem fuller, especially after working out.
Made my lifts slightly better and makes me look a little bigger. I swear it makes me think a little more clearly; almost like I'm less of a sperg and more just a regular guy. Never got any hair loss from it. Only downside is occasional stomach cramps.

Vegetarian here that doesn't get creatine from meat and shit. I can confirm this stuff is purely placebo. You gain 1-2 pounds of water weight and natty morons think it is muscle.
kidneys got fricked
although I was homeless when I started taking it so it might have been the unhygienic living quarters. But frick did it make me piss, I was doing 2 1-1.5 litre pisses EVERY NIGHT. Ever since then my piss has been radioactive yellow and sometimes orange.
Knew a guy who took this at 18. By 19 he was bald. It accelerates your baldness genes by like 500%
I'm 28 and baldness doesn't run in the family. I'm using this to help with my bulk. Did your friend at least make some gains?
Yeah he got jacked. If you don't have genetic baldness then go for it dude
there is no proof creatine makes you bald. it's all cope from DYEL hairlets who took creatine once and blame it

33 years old, been using the stuff for years. no more balder than i was at 25.

I knew a guy who took this stuff at 12 and by 13 he was bald and had kidney failure

There's considering the fact that there's a ton of different forms of creatine. This thread was meant for specifically creatine monohydrate

See
Gotta drink lots of water yo
I already drink a gallon or more a day.

Been taking it one month and went from 185×8 BP to 185×12
Definitely helps with strength

I'm taking same exact one. I have seen strength improvements after 2 weeks. But you have to drink a gallon of water a day minimum
