steroids turned me into the main character at my gym

I went from benching 205x3 at 195 lb bodyweight to benching 335x5 at 200 lb bodyweight (with abs)

everybody watches me lift. When I get a pump people make no attempt to hide their admiration of my physique

what's crazy is that I was just like you. Mediocre lifts, skinnyfat, taking lifting and nutrition "seriously", eagerly telling people I lift when they ask, looking bulky with man breasts in a t shirt. Now Im the biggest guy in the gym and looks wise im in the top 3%

After all my blasts I can maintain my goal body on a humble and feeble dose of 300mg test a week. My bloods are perfect on this dosage.

To my 7 year old past self: DON'T WASTE ANY MORE SECONDS LIFTING NATURALLY. IT'S THE EQUIVALENT OF PLAYING THE FREE TO PLAY VERSION OF A GAME

Hopping on gear was the best decision of my 20s

Sorry you needed steroids to do what I could do with a year of work.

And your whole identity revolves around being a 19% bf “powerlifter” compared to some guy who casually benches once a week with zero clue of programming and is 10-12% bf year round

        Xano

with the difference that he does it with a determination that can be only admired, the other guy just injects because he's to lazy to lift without that

No. The difference, quite frankly, is that when people see him, they think he is literally an untrained fat man. Meanwhile the steroid user is what normies think guys who work out *actually* look like.

Nobody, even on roids, benches 335x5 by benching casually. You just outed yourself by showing you have no clue what you're talking about

yeah and some guy who casually benches once a week has half a ballsack. And zero willpower. He is and forever will be a cheater.

All of the effort that would go here is shifted into sourcing steroids, injecting your ass, getting bloods done and dragging yourself through PCT. You are literally a troony.

    I am the ectomorph king.

I can eat whatever I want, not get fat, and still see my abs(especially when I flex). It's hard AF to build muscle though. Thought about taking gear a few times but because of the side effects I just couldn't. Now that I know more about PEDs I'm even more resolved not to.

    I'm glad I didn't.

I probably would've enjoyed it very much too. Would've had many occasion in the gym, the beach, pool, partying-- at the fricking grocery store just having mf's mirin hard. Even as a natty I know the feeling. When I think about how it would've been on gear...

    Still. I'm glad I didn't.

I honestly don't think about it too much. I'll tell you what I do think about. A lot. Is what I would've achieved if I only knew how to maximize my natural potential from the start. THAT, believe it or not makes me smile.
Because as I type this I'm reaping the benefits of spending all those YEARS learning. Now, I can get to a place naturally that I'm proud of with still more potential ahead.

    No hair loss.
    No acne.
    No gyno.
    Never tore a muscle.
Won't have to be on TRT.
No other health issues due to steroids.

It still surprises me when strangers occasionally comment on my physique. I like what I see when I take my shirt off. I can honestly say I know how to get in pretty damn decent shape naturally. The knowledge and discipline I've attained the hard way is worth more to me than a shortcut. Though, it's easy to say that now, I know. During the process(Whew!) not so much.

I wouldn't tell a thing to myself in the past. Though it's been said many times to the point of cliché: it's really about the journey, not the destination.

Whether you decide to hop on stuff or not is your choice. I'll admit it. I DO envy the results others get on sauce:

    The size.
    The strength.
    The "look".

Just not the side effects. Either way to achieve your potential you'll make sacrifices.

Which ones are up to you.

Sounds about right. You're on Tren, you think you're invincible, and you think you're the sh*t. You're not. That's what gear does, especially if you cannot control your emotions well. Likely, you look great, also, eswvkveryone in that gym knows you are on gear. You can do pretty much the same with hard work.

So I have been natty, and I have been on, and then lost it all as I got sick. I then got it all back, natty, and it took years instead of months, but, I still got it
Also, I am guessing Tren, do to strength gains and not much weight gained, test you would gain a ton.

However the thing that gave it away for me, is you benched 205x3 at 195lbs. I was wrestling at 125lbs in high school benching 185 for 2. That's childrens play. So the fact you took steriods and are on here saying everyone should, shows your lack of knowledge. You my friend are a noob lifter, who hasnt taken it seriously, and will likely lose everything when you come off. If you eat, and lift, you can do a lot in a matter of months, which you didnt try. All you needed to do, was pay for a trainer instead of paying for roids. They would give you the hardest workout you ever went through, and tell you to eat. The key is, you need to eat more than you burn. If you cannot bench your own bodyweight and you are jumping on steroids, I wonder if you even worked out for 2 months before jumping on. You should like a 19yr old child, trying to give advice to men. Trust me bro, until you lose it all and your motivation when you come off because you know nothing about PCT.

Its great to be honest sure, but you are Anonymous, so it doesnt even matter. Don't come spread your BS, because you finally got muscles when you barely put work in. Yes, steroids will add muscle without you doing sh*t, but that doesn't make it the only way. Sure, if you want a short cut, do it, at your own risk, or work hard, eat a ton, get your nutrition right, and lift hard to failure or close, and track it.

I took steroids in my 30s but the problem is you have to stay on them or else you lose a lot of your size/gains. Generally, if you've been lifting for a long time you'll just revert to a baseline somewhere in between but If you don't suffer from any adverse health issues from roids you can stay on for a long time without too much detriment if you just cruise.

I'm off everything now because I plan to have kids eventually and I got tired of pinning twice a week, they're not as bad as people make them out to be. I would say the biggest issue is people doing too much too quickly and getting injured.
