Sticking to OMAD is really really really hard Posted on April 25, 2023 by Anonymous Sticking to OMAD is really really really hard
Then don't? Eat light meals throughout the day to feel full
thats harder lmao
>eat a small meal during lunch hour
>eat a small after work
>skip dinner or eat a small meal after working out
3 small meals a day
I used to think it was harder too until I started eating better. Potatoes are great for this, but I can eat like 200 calories of potatoes in the morning and then not be truly hungry until before bed. So mid day I can just have something small like another 200 calories of potatoes.
How much is 200 cals, how many actual potatoes?
>You get to eat like a fucking king once every single day
OMAD is getting away with murder for free
Try OMAD on a cut
You eat like a peasant once a day and spend 23 hours starving
If you're eating 2000 calories of real food in one sitting you can barely move afterwards
lifting doesnt burn calories. Ok it might burn like 3 per lift kek
You don't think a pizza made from "real food" will be roughly the same amount of calories as a goyslop pizza?
how are you making a 5000 calorie pizza??
this I feel disgusting after eating two salmon steaks
I'm fatty who eats 1400-1500cal. I have to force myself to eat it all in one sitting.
I tried this, had a KFC party bucket one night, then a pizza the other, and I worked out I'd consumed 4-5,000 calories each meal.
Do IF and slowly reduce the window.
So do OMAD but for dinner
for lunch, have a few clementines, a protein shake, some water, and a handful/small bowl of nuts. You'll be full and only eat like 300 calories at most.
How do I quit diet coke forever?
Why would you want to?
But, Diet Dew is best, you should switch to that.
You're not "quitting", you have quit. You aren't drinking it anymore. You aren't "trying to quit". You aren't a diet coke drinker.
Stop buying it you fucking consoomer.
Coke hate you anyway.
I've been doing this everyday for the last year and a half, you're just weak willed
Personally I find it really easy and convenient only have to make food once per day.
On the upside - once you get used to it you'll find the idea of eating twice in one day really really really grim.
Meme diets are always hard, and rarely give decent results.
Maybe learn 2 self control, fatty.
that's like the hardest thing to do ever. Just eat chicken and rice a lot dude
I've been good on my OMAD for a few weeks now, I don't eat lunch, and for dinner it's the same sloppa, or slight variation every night. 240g cooked rice, can of sliced carrots, 90-120g of chicken breast, an 80 cal crumbled sausage patty, 1 scrambled egg, and a 45 cal tortilla, with some no sugar added sauce. Comes roughly around 850 cal, if I'm being generous.
My problem with OMAD is that it caught up to me. I was losing weight like crazy even though I was stuffing my face with carbs and what not. Now I'm slowly gaining the weight back wtf? Should I start counting calories or am I just gaining muscle mass?
Wait for dinner
The weak-willed will find it difficult.
when I was 400 pounds I did OMAD, not to lose weight, literally just 1 dominos order a day, obviously some days some "snackies", the order was 5 thousand calories. I lol at anybody who says omad is legit, and I will be abusing amph to shrink my stomach for the last push to 185, then roiding back to 205.
It is if you eat carbs.
I do OMAD and don't feel hunger because I run on fat and protein.
Insulin spiking and crashing will make you very hungry. Don't eat carbs.
