I used to think it was harder too until I started eating better. Potatoes are great for this, but I can eat like 200 calories of potatoes in the morning and then not be truly hungry until before bed. So mid day I can just have something small like another 200 calories of potatoes.

How much is 200 cals, how many actual potatoes?

I tried this, had a KFC party bucket one night, then a pizza the other, and I worked out I'd consumed 4-5,000 calories each meal.

        >eating garbage
If you're eating 2000 calories of real food in one sitting you can barely move afterwards

You don't think a pizza made from "real food" will be roughly the same amount of calories as a goyslop pizza?

So do OMAD but for dinner

for lunch, have a few clementines, a protein shake, some water, and a handful/small bowl of nuts. You'll be full and only eat like 300 calories at most.

      Why would you want to?
But, Diet Dew is best, you should switch to that.

You're not "quitting", you have quit. You aren't drinking it anymore. You aren't "trying to quit". You aren't a diet coke drinker.

On the upside - once you get used to it you'll find the idea of eating twice in one day really really really grim.

I've been good on my OMAD for a few weeks now, I don't eat lunch, and for dinner it's the same sloppa, or slight variation every night. 240g cooked rice, can of sliced carrots, 90-120g of chicken breast, an 80 cal crumbled sausage patty, 1 scrambled egg, and a 45 cal tortilla, with some no sugar added sauce. Comes roughly around 850 cal, if I'm being generous.

My problem with OMAD is that it caught up to me. I was losing weight like crazy even though I was stuffing my face with carbs and what not. Now I'm slowly gaining the weight back wtf? Should I start counting calories or am I just gaining muscle mass?

    Keep hydrated
    Eat salt
    Wait for dinner

The weak-willed will find it difficult.

when I was 400 pounds I did OMAD, not to lose weight, literally just 1 dominos order a day, obviously some days some "snackies", the order was 5 thousand calories. I lol at anybody who says omad is legit, and I will be abusing amph to shrink my stomach for the last push to 185, then roiding back to 205.

It is if you eat carbs.
I do OMAD and don't feel hunger because I run on fat and protein.

Insulin spiking and crashing will make you very hungry. Don't eat carbs.
