The best thing you can do is stay on track like you’re doing now. If you can handle it, maybe even try to up your intensity by cutting a tiny bit more calories or working harder, but even if you can’t do that you’re still on a good pace. YGMI

And honestly man just a bro split. Back/chest/shoulders/legs with an arm day thrown in here or there. I try to hit some arms at the end of each workout as well. Diet is intermittent fasting-ish with protein, veggies, sandwiches (I love sandwiches), usual shit just less of what I used to eat is all

Keep going bro, even if it takes you a couple years to get to where you want to be. Most people don't have the motivation to actually do the work that you're doing right now to make it happen. In a year or two they will still be complaining about being fat while you will have dropped all the weight and be looking MUCH better and healthier than you have in a long time.
Great work so far, I lost a ton of weight and had loose skin on stomach and chest from it. If yours doesn't bounce back don't get discouraged. Surgery can correct it pretty well if it comes to that.
