You're still weird looking. You need to just do cardio and trim that stomach and leg fat. At least most of your weight went to your torso and not your arms when you were a land whale. I know everyone is going to tell you words of encouragement but I'm a tough love guy. The thing is you're still a little b***h and you need to work harder and quit being such a homosexual. You think you're tired now? You need to not be able to move you're so fricking tired from working out. I want to see you back her ein 2 weeks down 14 more lbs homosexual

“Trim fat”? Ah yes, because fat loss can be localized to one area, I completely forgot. My fault. Rome wasn’t built in a day. This is 6 months progress, gimme another year or two.

You sound like the type of guy who tries to fight everyone minding their own business at the bar lol

70lbs in 6 months is an amazing feat. you’re clearly doing something right. that guy is dumb. he wants you to lose 30lbs in a month in order for him to be impressed lmao

Bullshit. It’s called lifting more in that area. You lose fat across the board. But your body shows better the parts that you have a lot of muscle

I am slightly over weight but have huge triceps. Because that’s what I lift. If anything looks fat it’s my ass. My arms women and gays lust after

The best thing you can do is stay on track like you’re doing now. If you can handle it, maybe even try to up your intensity by cutting a tiny bit more calories or working harder, but even if you can’t do that you’re still on a good pace. YGMI

The development in your shoulders, pecs, and biceps is insane, OP. Those shoulders in particular are looking 10/10. What's your routine like? I'm excited to see how good you'll look a year from now.

Thank you!! I was blessed with wide shoulder genetics so at least I got that going for me. I took this about a month ago, nice shoulder pump going with a *slight* filter

Again, no where near where I want to be and I’m aware there’s much more progress to be made but we’re getting there

And honestly man just a bro split. Back/chest/shoulders/legs with an arm day thrown in here or there. I try to hit some arms at the end of each workout as well. Diet is intermittent fasting-ish with protein, veggies, sandwiches (I love sandwiches), usual shit just less of what I used to eat is all

Hey bros, OP here. Sincerely, thank you all for the kind words of encouragement. I’m still just as strict on my dieting and exercise as I am when I started. Yeah, I drink a little much on weekends but aside from that and some tree I’m still doing well imo for 6-7 months of progress

It means a lot y’all, seriously. I really have no one else to talk to about this so from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Gonna keep at it, at the gym now taking my pre-workout dump then hitting back. Will be checking back in after workout. Hope y’all have a great rest of your day!

Keep going bro, even if it takes you a couple years to get to where you want to be. Most people don't have the motivation to actually do the work that you're doing right now to make it happen. In a year or two they will still be complaining about being fat while you will have dropped all the weight and be looking MUCH better and healthier than you have in a long time.

Great work so far, I lost a ton of weight and had loose skin on stomach and chest from it. If yours doesn't bounce back don't get discouraged. Surgery can correct it pretty well if it comes to that.
