                I get it, but for me I doubt the extra food would be the problem, more getting enough protein through protein shakes and chicken, and the farts that follow. Can't you just eat a bag of nuts or something? How many kcal are you at?

                That's not too much to complain about, I thought you perhaps were on 7-8000. Can't you just eat a chicken breast, a 3-4 scoop protein shake, whatever you'd normally eat, idk a sandwich or an omelette, and just add a frozen pizza or burger a day? I don't see how you're struggling to get enough calories unless you're really short

                I’m 5’10. That sounds pretty close to how I eat. I just don’t like feeling full as frick all the time. It’s miserable. Also I miss feeling light as air and being able to jump high.

                I get that. I've kinda moved on from amateur bodybuilding and gotten really into fitness and calisthenics. I like having really good fitness, martial arts, and having practical strength, while not chugging down protein shakes. If you can achieve one handed push and pull ups, you're also pretty strong already. The strength of human beings lies in stamina, not brute strength.
