Stop blaming fat people for being fat

The problem is our food industry. Seed/Vegetable oil makes some people feel like they're starving even after eating hundreds of calories. Throw in high fructose corn syrup and you have a recipe for high rates of obesity. It isn't a matter of will power it is literally a matter of changing what food you eat. I switched out seed oils and I lost 150 pounds within 7 months after years of trying and failing at dieting. It literally took 0 effort (Besides ordering buckets of beef tallow) to lose weight. After eating I had absolutely no cravings and I could go days without eating (Provided I had some electrolyte water). I went over my parents house and ate one meal cooked with seed oils and I had hunger pangs for the rest of the week. Watch this video if you want to get red pilled.

I stand corrected. I think seed oils are pretty trash but I still think CICO rules, though seed-oil filled foods will likely be less filling and contribute to more calorie consumption…IDK. Hard to believe there is a singular dietary boogeyman but Im glad you’re healthier, which is all that really matters.

'Seed oils' are no worse than other refined fat sources. You lost weight because you reduced processed foods and ateless. Oils in general aren't great nutrient sources, but if you're frying something you're going to use a fat source. Seed derived oils are fine for this, just like olive oil. (which is somehow perfectly ok according to every dumb bro-scientist because it's a fruit?) They aren't inflammatory either. I don't understand why people started asserting that they are, as there is no scientific backing for it, and only the opposite. Polyunsaturated & monounsaturated fats almost universally equate to lower inflammation markers and also fewer CVD events.
You can eat a frick ton of calories with cheesecake or ice cream, or even butter & lard in savoury dishes. Seed derived oils aren't anything special here. Sugar and fat make things taste good. Industrially processed foods are almost always both high in carbs and fats. This along with a lack of fibre and other micronutrients mean they're just easy to eat. Fat people eat too much tasty, easy to consume food. It's processed foods in general, not their 'seed oil' components. CICO. 'Seed oils' are just an anti-science boogeyman cope for idiots to latch onto.

        >BELIEVE SCIENCEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! EVEN THOUGH SCIENCE HAS GOTTEN MANY THINGS WRONG IN THE PAST!!!!
OK smart guy, what's your take on why the obesity rate has shot up since the 1960s?

        >try to blame sugar for years on IST
        >realize you're FUD failed when all the research shows sugar consumption has gone down

It's not the oils, it's actually the vaccine.
        Fact.

Ironically this is the most rational. Not exactly vaccines but there could be so many contaminants in the food/water that have started since the 60s. Pesticides, antibiotics, PUFAs, the antidepressants everyones on, etc.

Sure thing bro. Why don't you stop blaming the gun and not the shooter?

You'll never be as mentally strong as a fatty. You'll never feel the suffering of stuffing 10 pounds of food down your throat, and not feeling satisfied, and then being hungry again 2 hours later. Their appetite controller just breaks. It's easy to blame the fatty but they've been poisoned, they can't really do anything about it.

          >OK smart guy, what's your take on why the obesity rate has shot up since the 1960s?
Not him but theres plenty of contributing factors so trying to pin it on one thing is just moronic. TV's became common household appliances soon after the 60's so more and more people began to sit on their asses instead of going outside. Same goes for home computers. Same goes for microwaves, people eat more processed foods than ever, millenials/gen z can't even boil water and survive on nothing but fast food, takeout and tv dinners, more and more manual labor jobs being replaced with sedentary office work, those 2000 calorie milk shakes from starbucks normies guzzle every day didn't exist back then either. Could go on but you get the point.

no, I wasn't eating seed oils at all on my cut this year (lost 60 since may), just whole foods meats, fruit, and still really hungry, I tried day fasting a few times and it was nightmarishly hard. all placebo. Junk food is tasty, and you want more, and it just so happens to be the only thing with seedoils, chocolate has no seedoils and it has the same effect.

You can get cold pressed seed derived oils. Extraction methods don't seem to be oxidising oils anyway otherwise muh inflammation would show up in intervention data, but it doesn't.
Olive oil is nice as it's typically less refined than some other oils so you get some more micronutrients, but again, you can get less refined cold pressed seed derived oils.

moronic take. Olive oil can be heated to 190 degrees celsius and will stay relatively stable with little of oxidation and lots of antioxidants to counter them.
While seed oils will oxidise shortly in your body and have no other nutritional value.

But my diet is over 60% animal products and I am lean and fit. LIFESTYLE makes you fat. High performance athletes can eat 4000-10000kcal per day and maintain or even lose bodyweight because of their LIFESTYLE.

If you eat too much ANYTHING and move too little, you will become fat. Some food sources might be more obesogenic than others depending on the individual's hormonal profile, but EVERYONE will gain weight if they eat too much and move too little.

Pretty sure ~~*medication*~~ has something to do with it

66% of all US adults are on some kind of regular medication which they do NOT need, I doubt that is helping. My (now ex) gf quit all her meds because she was getting horrible mood swings, acne, couldn't sleep. After quitting she lost 30lbs, had more energy, skin cleared up and then she dumped me lol
