Instead, just ride a bike. Get on a stationary bike if you don’t have one. Good for cardio and good for getting legs that are decently sized and strong, but not balloon caricatures. Every time I see a guy with huge hamstrings and glutes I want to puke. Actual trannies

    I stopped squatting heavy and just squat my body weight (220lbs) for sets of 12. It's become basically cardio but keeps my legs active other than running.

    Similar with deadlift. I go 10lbs at a time from 3pl8 to 4pl8, then triple rep each weight back down. I don't have any desire to push the weight higher.
