    i feel like this might be tricky to organize with the right weight bag, fighters typically do 3 minute rounds on the bag, if conditioning then you can do the last 30 seconds all out with speed and power, you wouldn't have to sprint at all. carrying a bag heavy enough to kick and knee might be too heavy to carry for a minute, etc, also probably too inconvenient to do compound movements with.

      Invest in a sandbag and a platform, you could buy a 200 to 250 lb. sandbag and boxjump pads to set it on

      It's funny how people don't know what an actual sprint is. You don't sprint for half a fricking mile. If it means run half a mile as fast as you can, that is still a really intense exercise.
