DYELS always overcomplicate stuff. It's a coping mechanism for not being able to take responsibility for diet and recovery.

its important to remember to eat a balanced diet. The meme in the OP is obviously some vegan nonsense but a mix of both meat and vegetables is great for staying healthy. It's not complicated.

how is it vegan? dude on the left says only "i will eat" and the dude on the right is clear keto/carnivore. he literally shits on fruit, vegetables and grains

Because it presents only the keto/carnivore diet in the neurotic strawman, the implication being that there's a dichotomy of people who eat normally on one side and ketolards on the other. There's no mix of various different bad diets such as veganism or "intuitive eating" depicted by the basedjak, just keto.
The meme also provides enough ambiguity in the phrase "i will eat" that a vegan can look at it and find no issue with their own bad dieting decisions. The meme brings up no specific dieting choice outside of what's illustrated in the basedjak, and the chad's "i will eat" could ultimately mean anything. It could be a balanced diet, a vegan diet, a diet consisting entirely of what's on the Mcdonald's menu, etc., so while the carnivore diet is specifically singled out to be inferior, the meme seems to present any diet that's not carnivore/keto as a superior alternative, including unhealthy, unbalanced ones.

Tl;dr it presents a dichotomy where anything thats not keto/carnivore specifically is plausibly depicted in the phrase "i will eat", seeming to imply that any diet that's not keto is somehow magically healthier and superior, when any diet that's not balanced has a chance of being just as bad, if not worse, than keto.

I went through a course to become a certified nutrition coach under the NASM a few years back, that was essentially advice for most people. Eat a balanced diet containing many different food groups and avoid ultra processed foods in general for the most part.

    >grains
wheat is poison nowadays due to hybridization(breeding for yield rather than nutritional quality) and super-phosphate farming reducing its nutritional content by ~90%(though this applies to most farmed products nowadays)
oats, rye, millet, quinoa, and yellow or if you're a gigachad blue corn are the only grains worth eating
    >fruit
sugar's good for nothing but feeding the parasites you're probably loaded with, you don't need it, eat more cooked vegetables. fruit is for gays, women and children

Gaining muscle isn't the only thing that matters in life. Anyone who would prioritize bodybuilding over health and longevity is mentally ill.

    This is just a thinly-veiled anti-carnivore thread.

      Zero people said it was.
      >Anyone who would prioritize bodybuilding over health and longevity is mentally ill.
Bodybuilding is a part of health and fitness, no reason to sling insults
      >This is just a thinly-veiled anti-carnivore thread.
Carnivore people are like vegans. They'll use any excuse in any thread to bring up their diet and post pics like you do. Its annoying and cringe. If you are convinced that you should act ancestrally, stop talking about your diet in places its not relevant. They Didnt do that.

You're a moron. 6 out of 9 of the texts on the right are explicit responses to carnivore dieter rhetoric. And the meme clearly implies that you shouldn't care about nutrition, only about gaining muscle, which is a mentally ill psychological state to be in. You admitted yourself that bodybuilding is a pathway to health, and that's because health is the ultimate goal.

You can prioritize building muscle over eating healthy if you want. But that makes you a moron and I will continue to mock you for doing so.

Every single time that I don't ejaculate for a week or two my skin is glowing. My face changes: clear skin, under eye dark circles almost disappear, less puffy cheeks, sharper features.
But this board is full of copers that like to call others cultists for mentioning any positive effects from it. It's sad, really.
