>binge until in a surplus of 1000-2000 calories for the day or worse >consumed too quickly for any appreciable amount to be turned into muscle >spend the next few days starving to make up for it >same muscle burning as a deep cut >repeat ad infinitum until back to skinnyfat
inb4 a flood of "get disciplined"/random advice to stop, i already have applied and it's working. i now binge once or twice a week instead of every day/every other day. downside is the binges are bigger now
I know this might sound crazy, but hear me out.
How about, instead of binging for 2 days then cutting the rest of the week you commit to a small 500 calorie surplus for 6 months. Gain about 20-30lbs within that time span. Then once that's done do a moderate cut; about 20-25lbs.
He just said he sometimes eats 2000 cals surplus. You would think if he could keep it at a 500 surplus he would do it. So what makes you think he can stick to a 500 daily surplus without the binges?
Anyone who says dieting more important than training I know for a 100% fact looks like absolute shit and is a utter DYEL
When you train really fricking well, you realize diet is fricking overrated as FRICK. When you get to the stage of training like a fricking animal, you will realize how overrated diet is.
The people who say diet is the most important TRAIN LIKE FRICKING PUSSIES because they only see results from changes to diet, they DONT SEE CHANGED AS RESULT OF TRAINING BECAUSE THEIR TRAINING IS FRICKING SHIT
Yes, when you eat 6000 calories a day you will inevitably end up consuming enough protein to make gains even if it's all from ice cream, thanks for the breakthrough professor powershit
I just eat a yoghurt and oats for breakfast, a salad for lunch and marinated chicken stirfry and rice for dinner + a protein shake and a multivitamin when i want a snack. It's literally not hard if you just get your food delivered and don't buy any junk food. You can still eat whatever you want when you're out with freinds or family.
actual powerlifter here, nope it's all training. I went from a 500kg to a 650kg total (so already a high level) while basically being 82.5kg year round. my physique is basically the same tho lol
be IST and fit. I copped jordans, supreme, prada, raf, and i work out every day just so I can shit on everyone else. Live life like a fricking movie star bro because chad is a mentality. zyzz made it cause of his dedication and mentality.
>Both machine and human requires fuel to run >Machine needs consistent amount to function, humans can get additional fuel from fat storage and other sources in extreme circumstances >Humans adapt and become stronger when pushed to limits >Machines can possibly break and can never exceed limits
Humans are just better in every way, its great to be human
What I really hate is shopping food and cooking constantly. I wish I could meal prep for a 2 weeks and be done with it, but I have to do it every 2-3 days otherwise food tastes old and I end up binge eating sneedslop.
When I wanted to be thin I was constantly hungry, now that I want to be fit I'm never hungry.
Why
>my body tells me to stop overeating
>my body tells me to stop undereating
>wtf bros?
>90% 10%
You're a fricking idiot
Every time you repost this, a black dick rapes your ass
I'll trade you my bulimia for your anorexia
this.
at least you dont spend regularly 20 bucks in binging food that goes down the drain directly and you still urge for more

Based on your roid rage I'd say neither diet nor training is the main factor in your gains

Its easy.
Do hobo type cuts of no eating. Then periods of hobo bulking McDonalds inbetween
nah not really bro, I barely eat, gained like only 5kgs in the past year+ coming from skelly mode and my DL is currently at 160kg
