Pull ups and chin ups are goat for arms tbh, the final stage where you lock out is basically all bicep and forearms, especially on chin ups.
I only do incline bench for chest and since my shoulders have gotten much bigger despite no changing shoulder exercise, it's nor that hard tbh.
>applying roider training into natty training
Seriously, go out there and search for actual knowledge. I bet you follow a stupid routine promoted by some roider too. Roiders know NOTHING about natty training. Fricker starts roinding at 15 and you believe he knows anything about what natties should do? Lmao. That's pretty much why most of them hopped on the juice too.
>believing in this elite tier genetics bullshit
Lmao. This is the kind of shit promoted by the greatest scammers on the fitness industry. Frickers can't get away with pretending to be natty and then try to pretend they would achieve anything without roids or that they started later them the other guys or that their dose is lower or that they use it safely and so on. You truly are delusional. If you work hard and right as a natty you will look good. Roiders don't know shit, got frustrated, got body dysmorphia and hopped on that shit and now try to pretend they have "elite genetics", lmao. It's even funnier when stupid, impressionable people like you buy into that bullshit.

I know I'm natty and have elite genetics, oh well. Keep coping. You probably think everyone is the same height and has the same dick size too right? I'm 6'3" with 7.5x6" btw

I don't believe you're that tall if you actually know the measurements of your dick. Post body lmao

>I know I'm natty and have elite genetics
Lmao. You have normal genetics. Looking good and muscular (post body, btw) doesn't mean you have elite tier genetics, you brainless fricker. Your phenotype is not a mere mirrow of your genotype and the latter doesn't vary as much on a healthy individual as these scammers try to portray. More than that, most people have GOOD genetics for building muscle. This "you have bad genetics" shit is cope for roiders and for people who don't do shit right, which is a population who overlaps greatly.
Curls and skull crushers work for me. I can't get enough volume in with pull ups/chin ups because I am fat.
Can't you let me just do some strength training with isolation movements too?
Why is it always that people push either strength OR hypertrophy work.
I do isolation too, homie. But the stupid previous poster wanted to talk about BODYBUILDER's training, which is SHIT for natties. Strength = Aesthetic. Keep isolation only for what you actually need. Don't buy into programs with stupid level of volume and variations. They were made by clueless people (roiders) for clueless people (failed natties)

Yeah I am just naive in thinking bodybuilder does not have to equate to roider. I would say strength+lean can equal aesthetic, there are just a ton of fat powerlifters out there.

You can't just post that without proof man. No one believes you.

>I am just naive in thinking bodybuilder does not have to equate to roider
It's true that these are equivalent terms, bro. The thing though is that, even in natural bodybuilding competitions, the event is pretty much comprised of roiders too. Therefore, it's hard to find a bodybuilder who doesn't roid, even though they do exist. The thing though is that if you find natty bodybuilders on youtube, they also apply strength training, because it is very important for natties. >there are just a ton of fat powerlifters out there
That's true too, but choosing to get fatter in other to lift more - or simply coping and maintaining unhealthy diets - is quite a conscious and individual choice.

Ops, meant to say that these are NOT equivalent terms* indeed
I mean if we're talking body building instead of general aesthetics you need that of course dipshit. But you can get excellent arms from functional strength training and not just spamming isolation like a sperg.
Body builders are very rare anyway, very few people pull ups and chins wouldn't be enough.
>functional strength
lmao, yeah bro let me train that functional strength using a perfectly calibrated barbell with a gnarled grip to accommodate my grip and rotating sides to counteract any torque, just like you encounter in your daily life outside the gym. Not like those idiots training with machines, which isnt functional at all.
That's hard to believe, but, as it has already been posted, yeah you should add isolations for what you actually need to in other to see growth. It mostly varies from person to person and should be kept to a minimum, for accumulating fatigue is useless and unsustainable for natties.
Im have small wrists and have a relatively lean build. I added 20 kg to my weighted pull up (5 kg --> 25 kg for 5) and 35 kg to my bench (65 kg --> 100 kg for 5) and didnt gain a single centimeter on my arms, even though I added 4 kg to my body weight in the process. If you're not genetically blessed I most deffo think you need isolations to see serious arm growth. To be fair I dont think im a very arm-dominant lifter, so that probably contributed as well
I haven't done a curl nor a chin-up in 8 years, I sometimes do lat pulldown, like 2 sets in a month. The only movement that might hit my biceps is the power clean that I replace with Power Snatch most of the time. My upper arm girth is 36-37 cm. Some people are just built different.
He must do some more bicep work that doesn't make sense
probably does chins

Damn, guess that's why every bodybuilder does them for arms instead of a multitude of isolations, oh wait.

This is pure genelet cope. Even without roids the same guys would be on stage.

LIE
At my max I was doing 3x5 chins or pullups with 80lbs added. Still had tiny arms. My back was great though.
I also did a variety of rep ranges with different weights

>Capped Delta
It really all comes down to genetics. /thread
Do you know what capped delts are?
They look pretty capped to me
Wow whoever drew on this photo is moronic and doesn't know dips are a chest exercise.
>chest clearly included in green
Green is overhead press. Light green is dips and it's only on triceps.
>manlet
heh no thanks
okay lanklet
Yes.
