Then right before bed I’ll have 2 tablespoons of glycine with a glass of raw milk.
The only exception I have from this is before leg day workouts I will consume a home prepped ribeye steak from the gril with the bone in. Only using a Greek salt for seasoning.

Just recently starting eating more potatoes. Stopped needing snacks after dinner as they just fill you up.

Getting shredded now boyos. Lower abs coming in nicely, vertical ab line coming in nicely, love handles almost totally gone, face and neck looking CUT. Gonna have a few pig out days over christmas. Gonna put away many beers, chocolates, delicious rich foods etc... Shouldn't do much harm. I've earned it.

I dont have a bulk body anon, I only run. But yes, you're right it isn't enough. I'm trying to steadily increase portion size/calories per meal.
I've cut on 2300 calories a day. Minimal cardio, BW of around 80kg. Pretty mediocre physique and lifts.
Sub 1000kcal diets is borderline starvation, at least long term. I am guessing women or formerly obese people going all in way too hard.
Now post body? I need suggestions for what to eat, I want to do a sugar cleanse for the next few weeks
