    >stubborn belly fat
One of the most npc phrases in all of fitness. It doesn’t exist. It just looks that way because your posture is bad.

nah, OP is fatter than he thinks he is. Normies don't understand how lean they have to be to look like the guy in the right.

Either your fat, have bad ab genetics, haven't exercised ur abs, or your posture is crap.

Yes I still have fat that's what belly fat is. It's in the name. IT'S FAT.

My build is literally the left. My sides go straight down, but I have a fat pouch of fat on the front of my belly. I grab it exactly like OP pic

Just do the basics, frequency is key for abs. Here's my routine
            >Sit ups
I do them on the decline bench, weighted. You can do just body weight if you're getting started
            >Leg raises
Laying on a flat bench. Make sure to really feel the stretch when you lower the legs and let them go below the bench line for max ROM
            >Russian twists
Also on the decline bench, holding a weight to make it harder. You can do it with no weight too at the start.

I only do one of these a day, 4 sets AMRAP. Usually supersetted with another exercise to save time

no idea if it's good for abs, but it definitely feels like it

        >My sides go straight down, but I have a fat pouch of fat on the front of my belly.

So? It's still not "stubborn" fat, it's literally just fat. You lost the fat from sides, next one to go is the "belly pouch". I mean it's so fricking simple, get rid of the superstition. Like it was said earlier, you are just fatter than you thought. When you are 25% bodyfat and go to 20% bodyfat and "get rid of the sides" you are still fricking 20% bodyfat.

So many people are ridiculously overweight because it's "normal" by today's standards but if you want to have lean six packs abs you have to be freakishly lean. you don't even understand how lean it is because you have never been even close. you will weigh the same as you did in middle school when you get there.

Americans are weird. Stop being weird.

OP, do 3-5 rounds of shadow boxing 2-3x a day whenever you want to move.

there was a thread about it yesterday, but i'll summarize it for you.
basically you can have the most defined abs in the world but if you are fat you will still have that belly fat. It's the first place your body stores fat and it's the last place it leaves.

so it's up to you to be patient and stick to a muscle growth diet, as eventually your body will burn the fat in that area OR you make a hardcore cut (be conscious and research about to not frick up with your basal metabolism) and then progress with your normal diet.

fat storage is genetic, i know ppl who store most of their last fat reserves at their back or legs so with little effor they have a six pack. wast majority of males store last fat reserves at their belly and even if it goes away you need to cut so hard that your arms and neck will look like twigs and you will feel like shit. unless you start to roid its hopeless, but never start because you will frick yourself up in the long run, the roid gains / look only lasts when you keep roiding.

Came to grips with the fact that I was almost 20% BF recently, I didn’t intend to bulk but I am/was a hard gainer and just kind of auto piloted eating a shitload of food while lifting forever. I’m excited to cut down but man not eating actually sucks and I feel like my fast metabolism just causes muscle to be lost more easily with the fat. Going to keep up with it until I hit around 12% BF though. 5’10 181 currently

fat is fat you fricking morons
if you are anorexic you wont have fat anymore
this is why as a skinnyfat you need to bulk first so when you cut you reach a normal weight for your height with a low bf%
