Stuck on 183lbs for a month (I'm 5'11)
I don't know what's going on, but I need your help.
Of these 30 days I fasted with snake juice in 16 days, ate 400 calories in 5, ate 600 calories in 8 and ate 2000 calories in 1.
No, I'm not eating more than that and I'm noy lying.
I don't even keep food at my house, so I always have the right number of calories because I have to order food.
Basically I just eat Pastrami because it's 200 calories every 100 grams so it's easy to keep track.
Anyway, I'm not even losing fat, there's a lot of in my body, and it won't go away.
Every place I read it says my BMR must be around 2000 calories/day, but I feel like it must be around 150 calories/day for these numbers to make sense.
I don't even feel hungry.
I want to lose weight, but I don't know what else to do, and every time I ask for help here you guys call me a liar.

Dance or do your favorite cardio and break a sweat. Swim. Hike uphill. Work your body until it raises your basal metabolic rate

BMR is a scam, TDEE is a scam, you just have fat person genetics. You could cut to 150 cals a day and not lose weight. 183lb is your baseline.

I was 150lbs for the rest of my life (I barely ate to keep my weight).
I'm 32. I just can't lose weight anymore and it's driving me crazy.
      What about CICO?
      Is it all a lie?

Yes. CICO has been debunked numerous times.
Your metabolism slows down as you get older, that has probably happened to you. It's just nature.

frick off moron. Metabolic rate only changes the amount of calories for maintenance, it doesn’t “debunk” fricking thermodynamics you fat moron

Are you exercising on top of that? Usually those daily caloric intake calculators assume at least some activity

I put complete sedentary and it gave me 2000 calories.
      I'm just lifting, no cardio.

i’m going to make it really simple for you. it’s not metabolic adaption. you’re still burning fat. the weight loss is being masked by cortisol induced water retention. re-feed is a short-term solution. carbs will lower cortisol and pack on glycogen flushing the water out and the weight will drop on the scale.

it feels like jelly, I can grab it easily.
That's why I feel its fat, not water.

you being fat and holding water can both be true at the same time. fasting, being in a deep deficit, pro-longed chronic stress of dieting, lifting with minimal recovery, eating little to no carbs is extremely stressful to the body. anyway you’re going to give up and binge eventually break the weight plateau so good luck

I spent the last two weeks with my brother locked in my apartment, we ate the same.
He lost 12 pounds, my weight stayed the same. And he didn't even exercise, I did.

It must be a curious experience to go for three months without tasting
food. It is no wonder that the stomach and all the organs of assimilation
forget how to do their work. The one danger in the fasting treatment is that
when you break the fast, hunger is apt to come back with a rush, while, on
the other hand, the stomach is weak, and the utmost caution is needed. If
you yield to your cravings, you may fill your whole system with toxins, and
undo all the good of the treatment; but if you go slowly, and restrict
yourself to very small quantities of the most easily assimilated foods, then
in an incredibly short time the body will have regained its strength.

We are the same height and my longest plateau only lasted like a week. You are eating something that is too calorie dense and are unaware. Or you are eating in your sleep. Or you are liar. You should be eating about 1100 to 1500 calories a day.

I'm 5'8" and stuck at 183 as well for a few weeks. Went from 200lb to 183lb in about a month though, it was incredible. From 39" waist to 35" now. Whatever the case, im not going to stop until im at a 32" waist. Three months? A year? I don't care.
Been doing cico at 1600 calories a day, 180g of protein a day, lifting every other day, no cardio

Haha dumbass. You feel like your BMR is 150 cals because it is. Fasting has ruined your hormones and metabolism. Because of this, when you inevitably stop fasting, you will gain fat.

These other posters will tell you to fast harder or that you just need to wait a few more weeks, it wont work.

You need to stop fasting now, slowly increasing the amount of calories you eat. Then you need to fix your metabolism by avoiding seed oils and eating more sugar. More: raypeat . com

How old are you? 183 on 180cm seem to be rather normal if you don't move a lot and are over 30.

      32. I was 150 when I was 30.
I had to starve to keep my weight back then.
