I explain again for the brown skinned people here:
Added sugar is not bound to the food you eat and gets absorbed quickly into the bloodstream causing an insulin spike.
Natural (i.e. naturally occuring) sugar is bound within the food and is absorbed slowly as the food is digested.

Does not matter, the same amount of sugar gets processed even if it's slowed by the fiber. The fiber if anything is the worst part of the fruit, if you can reduce the fiber to get fast and easy digesting sugar, why wouldn't you? Or do you want undigested sugar feeding bacteria in your gut? Ultimately, the amount of sugar isn't suddenly reduced in totality just because there's fiber, nor is the amount of insulin released changed either, again in totality. If simple sugars really were that bad every single baby should stop being breastfed, feed them whole grains and fibrous veggies, can't have easy digesting sugar causing insulin spikes!

Yes I have heard of insulin. If I eat apple thats 20g of sugar or a chocolate bar thats 20g of sugar i use 2 units of novorapid for both cases. Its literally 100% the exact same there is LITERALLY ZERO difference in insulin.

The fibre in the apple slows the absorption of the sugar though. So your blood sugar doesnt spike as much. Rate of uptake is important not just amount

      >Sugar that comes naturally from mother earth and that regular, fit humans have been consuming since the literal beginning of humanity

      >Monkeys at a zoo in Devon have been banned from eating bananas – for the sake of their health. Zookeepers said the fruit grown and exported for human consumption have far higher levels of sugar than the ones monkeys would eat in the wild – to the point that it’s bad for their teeth and can lead to diabetes. Despite the obvious cliché, the animals are now only allowed to have bananas as a special treat or when they need medication. Nutritionists likened it to giving children cake and chocolate, but added that unlike children the deprived monkeys “can’t complain”. Experts at Paignton Zoo, Devon, said the sugar-free diet was working wonders for the animals – even making them calmer and more sociable. Senior head keeper of mammals Matthew Webb said: “We have noticed an improvement in the condition of primate coats - in particular the colour and thickness of the fur of the Sulawesi crested black macaques. “Smaller monkeys such as tamarins and marmosets are highly-strung animals and live in tight-knit social groups which can be quite aggressive at times. Reducing the sugar in their diets has calmed them down and made their groups more settled.”

Oranges had 3 times the amount of sugar a hundred years ago, it also had 3 times the amount of vitamin C and just about everything else.
Those farmers were able to do hard fricking work because you could get like 120 calories from just a single orange. Take a break, eat an orange, repeat.

Orthorexic morons think sugar from one source to another changes somehow or that if sugar digests easier and faster because there isn't fiber that it's somehow a bad thing. Reminder there's nothing actually bad about the left side either if you make it with quality ingredients, if you make it yourself you don't have to eat all the mystery box ingredients they put in there, you can use tried and tested ingredients like butter instead of sneed oils. Lastly, everything that tastes good, is in fact good for you, orthorexic morons need not apply, the only reason something can taste good and be bad for you is because the good stuff overpowers the bad stuff. The sugar on the left may be the only good thing about it, which makes up for the shitty seed oils which if you tried eating without the sugar and starch would make you gag, meanwhile eating something like ghee or butter is rather pleasant or neutral at worst. Your tastebuds do not lie.
