Why are you taking iron? Are you vegetation?
Because I have inflammatory bowel which causes anemia
Zinc
Magnesiun
Vitamin C
L-theanine occasionally
First thing in the morning
>test support supp (includes ash, lions mane, and horny goat weed)
>fish oil (jym)
>Sam-E
>phenibut on some days
Pre workout
>Jym Pre (includes creatine, beta alanine, taurine, and a few other nice things)
>re dose phenibut on phenibut days
>phenylpiracetam on the days an extra push is required
>Sam-E
>Mucuna Pruriens on some days
Post workout
>protein, either Jym iso or Jym Pro
>multi vitamin (Jym vita) 3x per week
>final dose of fish oil
>Sam-E
Night time
>used to take ZMA but it's in my test supplement
>last small dose of phenibut on phenibut days for sleep time HGH
>herbal tea
Optional
>adrafinil when wakefulness is required
>milk thistle for extra liver support
Does the test support actually do anything or is it just a placebo?
It works for me. Horny as all frick and I go harder in the gym. I used to take ashwagandha normally and that I know does work.
I assume you mean phenibut. It's a miracle drug for someone like me. I actually learned about it from a thread here on IST a year or so back. Kills anxiety, increases endurance.
>withdrawals
I've never experienced them but lots of reports about it. I stick to 2x per week, and I dose 250mg-500mg at a time 3x per day. There was a period where I had to interact with a lot of people for a week for work and I took 500mg every day. At the end of it no withdrawals so who knows.
Oh btw the test support is Alpha King Supreme. They always have sales on it at GNC so wait until then, get the shit 25-50% off. I've tried a few and that's the one that does it for me. I used to take Alpha Jym, its minimal compared to this stuff. AKS is the only thing that's seriously worked for me so far.
No offense brother but I just looked that product up and I feel like I would be embarrassed to be seen buying that
That's probably because your T is so low you give too many fricks about what DYELs think about your purchases. This product is exactly what you need.
>Alpha King Supreme
Fricking kek
Sounds ridiculous but it works. Hard as diamonds now. Horny AF. Gf likes it. Ashwagandha is a necessary ingredient in any test support stack. Boron and maca also good for test production. Saw palmetto and stinging nettle help prevent T from becoming DHT to slow down MPB. And we got Citrulline, pine bark, and black pepper extract for bloodflow (probably why diamonds). It's also got ZMA, which I used to take at night but I don't have to with this stuff. Plus a few other vits and minerals which tbh probably aren't needed but whatever.
>saw palmetto helps prevent T from becoming DHT
I'm getting mixed signals here about saw palmetto. I have finasteride (1mg) and they gave me paperwork that specifically singles out saw palmetto saying that it 'might,' interfere with finasteride. If it's doing the same thing I don't know what the frick is going on.
They work on the same receptors I think
saw palmetto is literally used by trannies to become MTF
don't take saw palmetto.
I have an enlarged prostate and saw palmetto is the only thing that's made me feel normal instead of having to piss 24/7
I heard Pygeum is good for your prostate
I've had a couple bottles for months but haven't tried yet
how does the phenobarbital treat you? i heard it’s addictive and gives you bad withdrawals
Where do you get phenibut? Wanted to try it for a long time but can't find it anywhere. Are you in the US or EU?
US of A. Liftmode has it in stock. You can try rupharma if you want it from Eastern bloc pharma companies. Perfectly legal in the US (for now) but some euro countries ban it
zinc
fish oil
vit d3
boron
creatine
Astaxanthin
700mg Krill Oil
30mg Zinc
200mg Magnesium
400mg K2
1g Maca Root (just added this)
anyone actually notice literally anything from their supplements? They're a meme AFAIK and even Ashwagandha did nothing for me. I want increased test/libido (measured 500 on my last test, I'm 21 and workout 3x a week and eat decently)
Not taking D3 right now because I had high levels of it.
Zinc improves the quality of my skin, so I do notice that. I feel like I can also notice the anti inflammatory properties of the omega 3 for joints and when I feel a little sick and the magnesium helps to prevent cramps and it does improve my sleep. Vitamin D almost completely eliminates my seasonal affective disorder (depression in the winter months).
Maca and tribulus for good energy/ultimate horny PP strength. Ash made me too mellow.
Ash I didn't notice anything but maybe it was the kind I was taking. D3 definitely helps my seasonal depression come to think of it but it's not winter anymore so I'll try to get it naturally.
I'm looking for ultimate PP strength so I will add in Tribulus too. Anyone got any other recs?
Fenugreek is great too. That's what Testofen is and it improves T and PP strength. L Citrulline malate is fantastic too
In the morning I take fish oil, 2000iu vitamin d and a q10. Before bed I take zinc and magnesium
Morning - coffee
Preworkout - Total War
Post workout - 2 scoops protein and creatine
Bed - some cottage cheese and a fap

Anyone have any experience taking collagen supplements?
>the base
Vitamin D+K, taken with fish oil
Citrulline
ZMA
>coomstack add-on
Sunflower lecithin
Pygeum
What do Citrulline and ZMA do for you? Mirin Coomstack tho, Bioshock mode
Citrulline is really good for circulation in particular, it's basically arginine but better. Has sexual heath benefits as well but if you have any circulation issues in particular it's worth trying. For me it's one of the most noticeably working supplements along with Vitamin D.
ZMA(you don't have to take ZMA specifically, you can get the components separate, it's just more convenient, also taking zinc on its own gave me the shits) has so many benefits that while it's technically possible if you're already healthy with a perfect diet you won't feel them, in my opinion every male should take it. Sleep gains, mental gains, making sure your T levels don't drop because of deficiencies, it's great all around. And also zinc in particular has some coom benefits.
>bcaa
>zma
>cocoavia memory+
>cardarine 5mg
>ostarine 20mg
>mk677 25mg
>liv52
>finasteride
>10mg cialis
You actually noticed an improvement in blood flow? Might have to check that out, my hands and feet are always freezing and gf hates it.
yeah, I recommend it for that. I used to have problems with cold feet in winter now I don't even wear socks in the house.
> One-a-day multi
> Fish Oil
> 5g Creatine
> CLA
> 45 mg Vyvanse
Will r8 others when I get back
Does anyone have the spreadsheet showing which vitamins should be taken separately (because of sharing absorption mechanisms) and which vitamins should be taken together?
My stack is becoming pretty big and im sure taking them all at once will be suboptimal
Morning
GNC Mega Mens Sport (1/2 Dose)
Jocko Combat Tested
10,000 IU Vitamin D3
100mcg Vitamin K
Evening
GNC Mega Mens Sport (1/2 Dose)
600mg Aged Garlic
Optimum Nutrition ZMA
Why not just take the full dose in the morning? Also why Aged Garlic what does that do to the Allison in it?
My stack is a balanced diet of healthy starches such as sweet potatoes, lots of varied animal products including fish, eggs, chicken, beef, pork, dairy products (I like yogurt). Fruits and veggies for micro nutrients, fiber, and quick glucose refill. I like a quick sauté in a very hot pan with just a bit of garlic and salt. I drink lots of water, sometimes tea (green, oolong, black, barley) and high quality freshly roasted (<1 month from roast date), freshly ground coffee made in my v60 pour over. For cooking fats I render my own lard, schmaltz, and make my own ghee.
I make it with meticulous love and care so it always tastes delicious without sacrificing nutrition.
inb4 ketolards scream at me for not eating sticks of butter.
Pretentious lil shit
Hes probably english
No i am american
Ultimately a proper balanced diet will be more effective and cheaper than supplements but some of us are shut in loser NEETs who need to start sonewhere whike living with their parents.
>biotin
>zinc
>multi vitamin
>fish oil
>finasteride LOL
>some vitamin D pills my gf bought and didnt want
I have never felt any tangible or noticeable effect or anything from any supplement. I listened to you guys and tried phenibut and ashwaganda and felt no difference whatsoever.
Well then don't take them.
Are you taking the supplements regularly and as directed by the instructions on the bottle? A lot of supps require you to take two to three pills a day and to take them with food.
should i change anything?
i was thinking of going off of the multi and taking vit d, iron, and vit c
i keep getting sick often but it might be stress/anxiety
t. fastcel
what site is this
pillpack
I need to buy some whey and some fitizens shilled Bulk, do they work like MP with constant sales? Are there ever better ones than the one thats currently ongoing?
i take cum
uhh uhhh what are you GAY
AHAHAHAHAHAHA
What form of zinc and how much should I take? I already eat eggs, red meat, and dairy on most days and as I understand it more than 40mg or so a day fricks you up right?
vitamin d, k, c, a, methylfolate, creatine (<1g for mental benefit but not sure if its placebo, stopped normal dosing b/c hair loss), l-tyrosine mainly when I want to have less coffee for the day
currently taking ginger and curcumin for inflammation but haven't noticed any effects so won't buy more
never gotten huge benefits from anything tbh, at least nothing where when I stopped I felt the need to rebuy. Excluding stuff like caffeine/l-theanine, or actual drugs (phenibut, modafinil)
Just started taking fiber and holy shit it is incredible. 3 days on it and have had no wipers about 70% of the time. Why did no one tell me about this, I was having soft serve shit like every other day before hand.
Just recently got a new girl. What do I take for sexmaxxing? I'm talking energy and pleasure
Aussie here, just copypasting my list. Comment desired from other Aussies primarily (when to take what, if I spread out mutiple doses if sane supplement, cheaper options, etc.)

Multivitamins and B complexes aren't as cost effective and waste too much stuff to get the right specifics. B complexes especially. They have 20 times what you beed for the regular Bs but Folic always lacks. Also while the extra magnesium does help me, I'd rather just find a simpler/cheaper way to reach 400mg and then take more on gym days or if I mishandled my Type 1 and lost some (up to 200mg) in my urine.
This was the cheapest way to reach my main concerns I could find. Australia doesn't have >1000IU D3 and other things
probably because australia has a large amount of sunlight hours
True. Doesn't change the fact we're inside as much as burgers.
>>90mg iron
Yikes
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34613935/
>Iron is an essential element for virtually all living organisms, but its reactivity also makes it potentially harmful. Iron accumulates with aging, and is associated with many age-related diseases; it also shortens the lifespans of several model organisms. Blocking iron absorption through drugs or natural products extends lifespan. Many life-extending interventions, such as rapamycin, calorie restriction, and old plasma dilution can be explained by the effects they have on iron absorption, excretion, and metabolism. Control of body iron stores so that they remain in a low normal range may be an important, lifespan- and healthspan-extending intervention.
