Supplement suggestions

Hey everyone,

I've been fine-tuning my supplement stack to maximize sexual performance and mental health benefits. I'd love to get some feedback or suggestions based on your experiences. Here's what I'm currently taking:

Pygeum
Lecithin
Potassium
Zinc (50mg, once a week)
AG1 Powder
Ekko Z Sleep Powder
Psyllium Husk
Vitamin E
White Peony Root
L-Arginine (only on mornings before I'm expecting sexual activity)
Collagen Blend
Turmeric
Nettle Leaf
Milk Thistle
Cortisol Blocker (contains Emodin, Ashwagandha, Phosphatidylserine, Panax Ginseng, Ginkgo Extract, L-Theanine, Black Pepper Fruit Extract) - I use this occasionally when I anticipate sleep issues.
Gorilla Mode Nitric Non-Stim Preworkout

The cortisol blocker I use has been discontinued, so I'm trying to make the most of my current supply.

My main goals are enhancing sexual health and maintaining optimal mental clarity and well-being. Any advice on these supplements? Are there any that I should add or remove for better results? Any variations of the same supplement that might have more benefits? Have any of you tried a similar stack?

Thanks for your input!

you need nothing more than water and sleep you fell for the scam

Appreciate your perspective! I agree that water and quality sleep are foundational for good health and can't be replaced by supplements. My approach with supplements is more about optimizing and supporting my body in specific ways that water and sleep alone might not address. I've done some research and have seen personal benefits from this regimen, but I'm always open to learning and adjusting. It's a journey of figuring out what works best for my individual needs. Thanks for the reminder about the basics, though – they're definitely crucial!

As far as most of the ones you're on, aside from
        >Pygeum
        >Lecithin
        >Ekko Z Sleep Powder
        >Turmeric
you get everything you need eating blanched dandelion leaves from the literal sidewalk outside. If you eat decent veggies most of what you take is useless. Of the ones I listed, I suggest: Not taking pygeum since it's pretty much just placebo junk, keep up the lecithin if you want but realistically just eat actual sunflower seeds and get the protein too, I've no problems with Valerian sleep agent whatsoever, and just season your food with turmeric lmao why would anyone take that as a supplement.

based. "just eat sunflower seeds" is so fricking moronic. anyway, i would suggest 50mg+ zinc every day. make sure you take it with copper. my 'zinc copper balance' pills are 25mg zinc and 1mg copper. shilajit, boron, dim, selenium, and fenugreek are all shown to boost testosterone. I've tried a prostate formula that seemed to help my libido (it definitely helped with BPH) its called prostate pro by canprev.

MMS is a parasite remover but i wouldn't use it all the time because its a free radical.

methylene blue is a parasite remover

baking soda and potassium bicarbonate and borox are parasite removers, also borox is a good source of boron and potassium bicarbonate is a good source of potassium

nigella sativa is a good parasite remover.

Chlorine dioxide + ivermectin + black walnut, cloves and wormwood extract. Disregard what the other guy said, CLO2 cannot damage human cells and not all free radicals are intrinsically bad. If you want to giga parasite cleanse and ensure you remove 100% with a substance that even passes the blood/brain barrier, look into gum of spirits turpentine

i'm currently moving away from promoting nitric oxide in the body because research that i've conducted has lead me to researchers who conclude that its actually toxic and bad for the body and shuts down the metabolism and is a powerful free radical and promotes aging.

instead what i do to support the libido is i support the thyroid, i eat oysters and shrimp (source of copper and zinc) and i eat fish and take fish oil

another thing that i do to promote boner health is that i do lots of thigh exersizes because i heard that working out the thighs promotes endogenous testosterone production and helps with libido and indeed after i do thigh abduction or squats i get boners.

i also meditate as meditation has been shown to slow down the breathing rate which increases carbon dioxide and carbon dioxide is likely the bodies primary vasodialator and when you have low oxygen and high carbon dioxide in your blood your blood vessels dialate and your body promotes angiogensis.

essentially the theory is that nitric oxide is a secondary vasodialator that the body uses in emergencies like when its injured or like when its sick and the by product is that it shuts down the metabolism and causes mitochondria dysfunction.

indeed, when i started playing around with viagra and cialis, i actually gave my self erectile dysfunction and felt really dry and like my blood vessels were brittle and i gave my self penile thrombosis like multiple times and felt my self aging and like i had more stress and then when i took methylene blue which reduces the amount of nitric oxide and increases the carbon dioxide in the body my penile thrombosis healed and i felt alot calmer and healthier.

Anon I'm going to give you some serious advice.
Almost all mineral/micro stacks are pissed out in two hours, because blood concentration cannot be over a specific amount.
The reason ingesting food source micros is better is because they are released slower. Ensuring less waste. There are also various issues with absorption.

I am not going to tell you what to do, but numerous things in your stack can be removed entirely by just slightly refining your diet.
Saving you hundreds of dollars monthly and objectively increasing your micro efficiency
I'm leaving thread, so don't bother responding.
Either take the advice or not, but it is moronic you are doing this.

Anybody here have experience with the supplements dihexa or NSI-189? Supposedly you gain a lot more "intelligence" by taking these supplements, in the form of more neural pathways made in your brain, stronger emotions, and just general cognitive enhancement. I was thinking of taking 10mg dihexa once a week, but I'm not sure for how long after that. For NSI-189, I was thinking 20mg every day, but again, I'm not completely sure for how long after that. Would a 4 week on/two week off cycle be enough for both supplements?

Can someone redpill me on Niacin? It comes in so many forms, flush niacin, non-flush niacin, niacinamide, nicotinamide, etc... The one from bulk supplements sells niacinimide for a good price, but am I getting all the NAD+ boosting goodness? Thanks

      Anonymous

      You want flushing.
Niacinamide and inositol hexaconate or other extended release non flushing niacins pretty much do nothing.
I went with nicotinic acid and it works well. If you take it on a full stomach you likely won't flush much or the flush will be delayed.
I try and take it at night so as not to freak out those around me with flushing. But if I don't have to go anywhere I'll take 500mg on an empty stomach in the morning with some vitamin C and coffee or water.
Some people say you should take niacin in a sauna or do some intense exercise during the flush in order to sweat out mods toxins.

can someone suggest a low dose b complex (100-200% RDA area not thousands % like they all seem to be) and doesn't have ton of added ingredients like silicon dioxide, veg oils, or whatever?

      Anonymous

You just pee out the rest. The reason its in there on those amounts is because a vast majority of people lack intrinsic factors needed to actually absorb the vitamins. So even if you took say, 200% rather than 1000% you would not benefit as much because the majority would pass through unabsorbed. You want a high percentage of the RDA because most of it won't be absorbed.
