This archived thread was made by one of my impersonators that took directly from my writeups to share it with everyone.

There are now 20+ people who have all used dfo. We are all euphoric and have a greater capacity to enjoy life than we ever have. The cognition of all of my followers has been greatly enhanced and they all claim that Deferoxamine is the greatest thing that has ever come into their lives.

For anyone that ever thinks of trolling me I want you to know that my followers see me as a god in the flesh. There is nothing you can do that would surprise me or be anything more than a short-term inconvenience while I reform myself cognitively every day and every moment with deferoxamine and insulin to get smarter. I will be eternal. I will laugh as I watch you and all of the disbelievers and trolls fail to hold people back from ascending to meet me in our personal heaven. We have been enraptured by Deferoxamine and insulin. There's nothing that stops my message from reaching the far reaches of IST and I will laugh at all of those who wish not to be reborn.

Give me a good reason why you believe your soul can be redeemed

I have been hospitalized for 4 days late last month. I've developed hyponatremia because I suffered from hyperemesis and could not keep down food or liquids. I would like to say that the circumstances of my hospitalization came after I had administered an exceptionally high dose of a thioredoxin mimetic peptide called cb3 which no one has ever taken before. It's a mitochondrial-targeted cysteine donor peptide substantially more powerful than n acetylcysteine as an antioxidant 10k-100k times more powerful. I know emesis is likely possible with this peptide after taking it again in high amounts and developing nausea for 3 days. I've taken a dose that was quite minuscule yesterday and doesn't have any appreciable negative sides. The dose I took was possibly in the sub mg range and it was much more powerful than a comparable mitochondrial-targeted antioxidant (skq1) I have also introduced. I have been relaxing somewhat in the aftermath of this illness and when I suffered in the hospital it had taken a couple of days to put myself back together. I expect once I get more capital which should take a month or less to get I'll move forward with one or 2 projects I'm looking forward to. One peptide should be an exceptionally powerful cognitive enhancer more powerful than we've ever witnessed before and an anti-cancer peptide that inhibits vegf1 which should suppress the metastatic spread of cancer and branching of new blood vessels. That peptide had been found to be orally bioavailable and reverses macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy while also serving as a powerful treatment for atherosclerosis. I'm eager to make both and it likely won't be my last project either. There are many more I look forward to procuring.

Unironically this. DO NOT TAKE BORON! I even did the cycling with it and still got gyno. I actually started taking a shitload of supplements that this board recommended and then got gyno in one tit. I immediately stopped taking them all and went to the doctor and gave them a list of all the supplements I was taking and like 4 of them were things that caused gyno including ashwaganda. This place is unironically trying to sabotage you with this shit.

Taking boron for years (3mg per day) and totally fine. You have to be an imbicile to take ashwaganda. It's does the same for your testosterone as meth for your mood. Improves in the beginning, but kills in a long run

          Anonymous

Highly doubt boron would cause gyno, it doesnt increase test directly just the free T

The problem is that if you take boron continuously (without cycling) it shoots your estrogen way up. Even when you're cycling it, you can still be eating foods with boron in it that will essentially nullify the cycling and then your estrogen skyrockets.

was one of the memes I fell for, see how l-arginine is crossed out? That was one that causes it. So does soi lecithin. Was also taking boron and ashwaganda, even cycling the boron my doctor said all 4 of those can cause gyno. There might have been one or two other things I can't remember though.

Your doctor ia right about "Your body needs boron to create and maintain a good balance of sex hormones, estrogen and testosterone. Although if you take too much boron, you can quickly throw these off. With boron, there is such thing as too much of a good thing. An important role of boron includes how it helps your body absorb magnesium better." Dose what makes it a poison. In doses like in op's pic it prevents gyno. Same with zinc in moderate doses.
I would recommend you to stop doing kegels as well and do some reverse kegels and some exercises to stretch your pelvic floor. Kegels can make your pelvic floor very tight and you will have flacid dick. Always slightly erected, but never fully erected. It's reversible with what i have mentioned.

I don't do kegels at all, I was just pointing out the supplements in that pic that cause gyno. Coom stack things have been floating around for awhile and the only thing worth it is zinc.

In israel and france soil has a lot of boron. As a result, they don't have rickets. But men in israel and france don't have gyno because of boron. It's just a trace mineral that controls your calcium.
And we are talking here about 3 mg per day. Not 50 grams per day...
Such amount will slightly boost your free test, remove calcium from arteries and joint and put calcium in your bones. That's fucking all. You need insane levels of testosterone for your body to turn it into estrogen.
I keep d levels at above 50 mg/ml and need boron to keep calcium at normal levels. Simple as that

Well I wasn't taking 3mg a day, I was doing 12mg a day for two week cycles, that was what a video linked here said. The cycling didn't work though, something I was eating kept it going.

Estrogen which causes gyno comes from testosterone, increase your test and you'll increase your estrogen and get gyno.

    Free form taurine
    Milk thistle extract (for glutathione)
Quercetin (if you've caught a virus)
Citrulline malate (arginine, but doesn't get cucked by your liver)
    b50 (for gut health)

Your brain is reliant on glucose metabolism to support all of our cognitive functions and its seen that is particularly important in the context of adhd. When I became most ambitious exploring novel nootropics and became a part of the cognitive enhancement community at large I had huge breakthroughs with skq1 at 200mcg subq for a few months. Intranasal Rapamycin when i first began using it was one of the more awe inspiring experiences of my life. Both of those compounds did incredibly well mitigating brainfog and negative mood states. Intranasal insulin i had found early this year and it had been the most amazing addition to my stack upto that point. Nothing gave me more ambition or better cognitive function upto that point. Then a few months ago i began using deferoxamine intranasally. All of these compounds strongly support mitochondrial functions through mitigation of oxidative stress and supporting autophagy. By improving mitochondrial atp generation we promote higher function of our braincell lines which supports attention, memory and sensory processing. Insulin is otc in the united states. I just go to the pharmacy counter and ask for humulin r. I use about 100iu of insulin intranasally daily. I incorporate deferoxamine a few times a week and I havent noticed a sticking point yet where i would notice negative sides from dfo and ive been consistent about using it intranasally. Im about 7 grams deep. Im eager to try mechano growth factor and ara290 intranasally. If i had the opportunity i would try epo intranasally. I am most eager about the projects that i will greenlight in the next couple months. I have plans on financing multiple projects in the short term all of compiunds that haven't been tested in humans before. I'm very excited about the possibilities as these compounds are likely to be the most powerful cognitive enhancers and longevity promoting agents to ever be discovered.

Devoting time and finances to medical research is a fruitful endeavor worth putting one's life on the line. The last thread about me brought up me being admitted to the hospital and risking death. I have gone into research surrounding longevity and cognitive enhancement because living a life where our latent potential is limited by the forces of nature is a life where choosing to take the easy path through life means being met with untold amounts of pain. Earlier today I enjoyed 125mg of deferoxamine, and 0.5ml insulin intranasally to chelate iron from the cytosol of my brain cells improving neuronal insulin sensitivity and supporting glutamatergic homeostasis to promote cognition as well as promote functions of my hypothalamus to support my endocrine system. I would never wish to put others at risk attempting what I do on a daily basis so I can have the strongest cognition possible. I have identified the compounds necessary to allow humans to live decades longer easily. My ultimate goal over the next 5 years is to get the capital necessary to get a deferoxamine preconditioned stemcell transplant in the subarachnoid space of my brain coadministered with laminin-derived peptides to promote selective brain tissue engineering at the intracellular level. This would promote stemcell migration, pluripotency, and differentiation into neurons selectively over astrocytes and microglial cells. Then I would choose to support my cognition with intranasal erythropoietin to support my metabolic and cognitive health.

it's best to stay out of ketosis as our brains and muscle tissue are partially insulin dependent for promoting the intake of amino acids and glucose for energy.
Without a good supply of glucose in the diet even for limited periods of time encourages the catabolism of muscle partially dependent on mtor reduction from protein restriction. This would increase somatostatin transcription as well as suppressing fatty acid catabolism and increase fatty acid excretion. The amino acids in our muscle tissue are broken into glucose and glutamine for energy. This is a phenomenon called starvation pseudodiabetes. You maintain a higher nitrogen balance on a higher carbohydrate diet than when under ketosis or under fasting conditions. Ketone bodies such as beta-hydroxybutyrate promote inhibition in the brain as it has hdac inhibiting properties but also sedative quantities being chemically similar to GHB,
When I dieted a couple of years ago I ate a high carbohydrate diet to try to maintain an adequate supply of energy or I'd start to nod out.

It's best to consume a low glycemic index diet rich in whole plant foods with a strong emphasis on beans, whole grains, berries, cruciferous vegetables, nuts, onions, and garlic. No meat, little fat.
Take insulin intranasally: it increases peripheral insulin sensitivity 40%, reduces circulating bcaa's 30% reduces liver fat accumulation 30%.
Take deferoxamine intranasally: it gets rid of iron accumulation from meat-induced pathologies.

How to dose zinc right? And wasn't there any other supplement you are supposed to take on the side because of zinc?

      Anonymous

10-25 mg every or every other day.
You need copper as zinc will push it out (won't allow it to be absorbed) with a different meal. Normally zinc to copper the ration is from 8:1 to 18:1, but amerimutts usually have too much copper. So if you eat a lot of avocados, use copper dishes or drink water that comes from copper pipes, you can even entirely skip it.

There are thing which are needed for your body to function. Like trace minerals. Or thing like vit d that tell your body it's summer and plenty of resources, so no need to be in hybernation and it can lose all that extra fat. They ultimately are building blocks and signals that your body can start building.
And there are thibg that act directly on receptors, offsetting them. They give you boost, taking it from the future. You need constant increase of dose to feel the effect and without them you have withdrawals. Ashwaganda is in this category.

The issue is that our modern food is a total shit.
          https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/soil-depletion-and-nutrition-loss/
Big deal is gmo and seed oils. For gmo they use chemicals to kill everything except gmo plant that is modified to withstand those chemicals. The issue is that it also kills bacteria and fungus in soil. And plants can't absorb minerals like magnesium and zinc without bacteria and fungi. For seed oils, it's just a toxic waste products that have no nutritional value.

I take d3+k2, zinc, copper, boron, magnesium, b complex, betha carotenoids, iodine, selenium, onega 3 (from fish meat from chile or peru to avoid heavy metals). Ovassionally quercetin, curcumin+pepperin, ginger, mtc(d3 and k2 cones in mtc oil drops), nattokinease, black cumin, l-lysin. I know everything about them and have spent dozens of hours of research on each of them.
I recommend to start research from vitamin d3. Look up podcasts from dr. Gominak, dr. Somerville, jeff t bowels, etc.
Don't go to mega doses like somerville and bowels do. Listen to sasha gominak. The best option is to sunbath as in such case your body will never make too much d3. Like you are deficient in magnesium or retinol and you can fuck it up with supplements, but when sunbathing, your body will stop at levels that can hurt you.
Look up about infra red on medcram

Taking shit because of infographic on IST is dumb. Just look up what is mentioned on here. I found about all what I'm taking on here.

Liquid Iodine. Most people in outside of Japan (or other sushi dominated countries) have an Iodine deficiency.

zinc is snake oil though, supplementing zinc has no benefit and interferes with a number of other absorption mechanisms.

      >don't do zinc

I don't do kegels at all, I was just pointing out the supplements in that pic that cause gyno. Coom stack things have been floating around for awhile and the only thing worth it is zinc.

      >only do zinc
Why must you do this, IST?

        Anonymous

        >two different posters
        >Why do you have different opinions?!
He's right though, zinc does interfere with the absorption of other things which is why you take other things hours after you take zinc. Avoiding zinc is pretty retarded though considering tons of foods that help build muscle have zinc.

          Anonymous

          I didn't say avoid zinc.

          >don't do zinc
          [...]
          >only do zinc
Why must you do this, IST?

Zinc moderation is an incredibly small window.
Yes the deficiency of zinc is a huge factor in health problems. However the amount of zinc needed to reach the threshold to maintain health is very low. It's so fucking low that anyone who eats a moderate diet in any form is 100% getting their daily zinc needs.
So you want to supplement zinc? okay, but stop using dosages that are absurdly high.
You taking 100% of your daily zinc in the form of a supplement when you're almost guaranteed getting your daily zinc from food is not good and causes problems.
Zinc not only competes for absorption and transportation, but is flat out an antagonist to multiple vitamin/mineral sources. So you've bogged down your delivery system and effectively eliminated other things you need to be considered healthy.
This has health consequences m8, supplements in all forms have health consequences if you don't use them as intended. A fucking supplement.

Damn man this is like day one shit, I don't mega dosage vitamin C for this exact reason. However I will split a vitamin C chewy if it's been a few days since i've had a heavy vitamin C source.

If you're going to supplement anything, it's magnesium.
50% of people are flat out magnesium deficient and another 25% are low range of healthy magnesium levels.
I take one magnesium supplement a day, it's like the bare minimum dosage and I still am at moderate magnesium when blood is tested.
          What's more?
magnesium regulates zinc and helps to keep it balanced. While excess zinc utterly depletes magnesium.
The ignorance of IST on supplements is astronomical. None of this shit should be done in daily/excessive dosages without blood work to form a baseline.

You've also got people supplementing l-arginine regularly on IST when it's been proven with thousands of citations that l-arginine is almost instantly pissed out. Almost all of it.

    Opioids

What I mean by this is opioids for recovery. You should probably be doing ephedrine amphetamine and as a preworkout to increase your power. I also highly recommend the nootropic called lysergic acid diethylamide, it improves the faculties of mind and will also help you focus more during your sets. Also suitable in your preworkout is a suppliment called benzoylmethylecgonine, but it's pretty hard to find for sale online. Makes the pumps noticably better though.

Fuck off, smooth brain. Opioid receptor agonism is perhaps the worst drug mechanism possible. Temporarily it will make you impulsive, numbing you to physical and emotional pain. But there is no long-term benefit to mood or conditions such as depression, as over time anxiety and depression will magnify, and the mental instability from kratom withdrawal is documented in studies. Most users report decreased sex drive on it, including me back when I was addicted to it. And addiction is a big point here because MOR causes the aberrant synaptogenesis that causes addiction and psychosis from even dopaminergic downstream via opioid metabolites. These synapses do not go away, even two years later. This is called behavioral sensitization. Meaning even if you take breaks, you're still addicted at least to some extent. Although it loses significance after a certain point. This can lead to polyaddiction, and worse life choices and a lot of this is demonstrated statistically. I don't want to hear the "I'm a special snowflake, I won't get addicted", because you are on a neurochemical basis and even animals get addicted without conscious thought in conditioned place preference models. It's ideal to avoid opioids entirely, to avoid this happening. Taking the right-hand path and avoiding becoming a degenerate hedonistic type will lead to more success and better choices through self-discipline. Your thoughts getting clouded by addictive thoughts does not help you, and if you've convinced yourself you are accomplishing anything, then you are trying to rationalize this habit.
And over time your happiness and stability will be sapped, making you into a weaker person. That's why people should use nootropics and aim to use things such as Bromantane to enhance dopamine for motivation or agmatine sulfate to treat their depression. There are so many better options, and it makes no sense to stoop to using such a degenerate drug other than hedonic impulse.

Did you guys know that sulfites (which are added to food to prevent the growth of bacteria) also inhibit the growth of beneficial bacteria in your gut? Why do they keep fucking over my health with every single thing? Sulfites are in everything from beer to wine to red meat to juices, dried fruit, and canned goods.
