max out your outside of gym variables (sleep, diet (including micronutrients), hydration (including electrolytes), NEAT, stress, etc) before doing this, otherwise there's no point lol
    get the low-hanging fruit first

yeah I try to - any suggestions on that front welcome as well.

meal prep with decent macros, but take the vegetable/fruit supplements cus I'm low on those
      sleep 8hrs - in bed for 9
stretch/mobility routine in am, longer stretch/foam roll in evening
meditate/journal to try to reduce stress
      reading/music as primary hobbies
      make sure I'm hydrated
daily cardio along with the PPL routine I run

they're called SUPPLEMENTS for a reason
first you fix the actual main points of a healthy lifestyle, then you can SUPPLEMENT it later
they aren't the be all and end all, they're just extra gains, the big main gains comes without using anything at all

the only thing I take in this stack that isn't from what I would call a 'large reputable brand' is tongkat ali, as in canada it's restricted/required to be included in blends. so, I order it from the states from a smaller supplement company that seems legit - I'm not taking that shit sold on Amazon from india/the phillipines.

everything else is from jamieson vitamins, nature's bounty, or allmax - which I trust. if you take any whey protein at all, you are taking the same trust in a similar company. it's crazy to me that supplement purity isn't more regulated.

Be careful, a lot of fish oil is of low quality and rancid. A study came out there recently that showed a certain percentage contained carcinogens. Then again, everything in today's society has something in it that will kill or mame you in some way ffs.

Very nice list OP. Seeing the aminos you mentioned without glycine and l-theanine is mindboggling to me, both are absolute fricking game changers. Drop 5g of glycine powder in chamomile tea before sleep and you'll wake up the most rested you've ever been in your entire life, not to mention heroic dose mushroom trip level dreams.
L-Theanine, 200mg with black coffee in the morning, enjoy laser sharp focus and calmness.
They have other benefits, of course, but the above mentioned immediate effects are very noticeable. Try them, you won't regret it

helps the body with utilization of vitamins and minerals - namely absorption of magnesium and vitamin d. also plays a part in bone health.

your standard mutlivitamin probably contains enough, but I take more alongside a high dose of magnsium and vitamin d.

    >glutamine
Again, no scientific backing. Will do nothing if you're on a high protein diet.
    >l carnitine
Ineffective and turns into harmful TMAO when taken orally. Not worth it if you're not pinning

    >citrulline
I take this occasionally preworkout, but a lot of times it gives me Doms and I'm unsure whether it's actually worth the gains
    >creatine
    I take this daily
    >ashwagandha
I take this occasionally, it makes me last twice as long in bed
    >tongkat ali
I take this occasionally as it's good for focus
    >fenugreek
I soak, toast, and grind fenugreek seeds myself to use in spice blends. Toss a pinch on sardines, eggs, whatever. Don't feel the need to supplement.

Overall 5/10 OP, most of this would be unnecessary if you paid more attention to your diet.

    I take a multi-vitamin
    Vitamin D

    L-carnitine
    Synephrine
And Dexamphetamine currently, with added protein shakes and I force feed myself protein bars, and have a huge breakfast this is due to the speed, synephrine, and literal frickloads of coffee blunting my apetite like crazy. Going p gud, lost 10 kilos, and not too much of it muscle and I'm getting a lot fricking stronger as well. Problem is my sex drive. Other than recommending the usual (vitamins, macros, and a good preworkout) like everyone else in this thread, I'd also recommended that you give coconut milk a try OP. Yes, it's very high in saturated fat, but it also has 125% of your daily vitamin b12. I have been making my shakes out of coconut milk and it is just such an incredible recovery tool. I've been training for a year straight by now, and the gains I've seen in that time have been fricking insane because I have zero recovery. I also eat a banana every single day and, let me tell you, your body NEEDS the potassium for recovery. Ideally you'd be able to average one and a half bananas every day-- but, because of that oddly-specific amount, I'd instead recommend eating one every day, and two every other day, with the latter being blended into a meal shake of some sort.
