I think the nutritional degradation of the food supply, especially where beef is concerned, is a bit overblown. Maybe feedlot beef in the US is a lot worse, but all Cows still need to be getting enough nutrients to grow and roam as they do in the first place. Total bullshit and waste of money, really you only need a few supps: multivitamin( liver 2x week is better), d3/k2(mk4), astaxation, collagen and protein( not needed but like it for taste and shakes)
