    >people actually take supplements instead of just eating food and getting sun

Not everything can be gotten from food alone.

Most people die prematurely from malnutrition, you can no longer get adequate nutrients from normal food, you would have to live among centenarians for this to be not true, it is in our DNA to live to 120+ years, with some surpassing 160 years of age.

You mean the wrong nutrition. If 70%+ of your diet consists of grains like white rice, are you really surprised you need to supplement protein, creatine, etc for optimal health and fitness?

Sure, but many trace minerals are missing from soil which doesn't arrive in the stomachs of you or the animals you're feeding, most people also miss out on the benefits of bones and cartilage, it's not necessarily what you eat but how it is farmed and prepared, Weston A Price detailed the lives of rural Swiss People who were in impeccable shape living off of mostly cheese and rye bread with some in-season greens and occasionally meat, bones and organs.

I think the nutritional degradation of the food supply, especially where beef is concerned, is a bit overblown. Maybe feedlot beef in the US is a lot worse, but all Cows still need to be getting enough nutrients to grow and roam as they do in the first place. And I personally would rather my food was given supplements instead of needing to take supplements myself.

Modern soils contain few trace minerals your body needs to repair itself.

    test and anavar

Is it true that anavar is very unlikely to give you gyno?

        Anonymous

would make sense since its a dht derivative and cant be aromatised into E, dht itself is also an aromatase inhibitor
so anavar itself acts as an AI to prevent gyno

    >all this meme tier crap
I too remember being 18-19 and first got into lifting. Buying all these meme tier supplements and thinking I'll be jacked just like those ""nattys" on YouTube. Total bullshit and waste of money, really you only need a few supps: multivitamin( liver 2x week is better), d3/k2(mk4), astaxation, collagen and protein( not needed but like it for taste and shakes)

It's natures multivitamin, nothing is more nutrition-rich as grass fed, good quality liver, especially calf. Seethe and cope dyel, probably eat oats and shit tier bread

        >astaxanthin
what kind of meme supp is it? never heard of it

Reduces Inflammation, reduces uv ray damage to skin along with other benefits.

You really do not need all of that... what a waste of money. Just eat like a normal fricking person. Mineral and vitamin supplements are for people who are deficient in them due to some underlying illness which you probably don't have. You piss most of that away. Literally dumber than an alcoholic, at least you get a euphoria.
