Accidentally cut a bit too hard for summer but my lifts have only gone down about 5 lbs from when I was 170
I find it hard to believe you bench 245 with good technique
Those are estimated one rep maxes. I haven’t tried to max bench before. But I do rep 180 for 10

how long lifting?
Couple months on & and couple months off for 4/5 years, longest break I took was a year and a half (don’t really count my past but acknowledge that it gives me an advantage to some degree) - I’ve managed to stay consistent since January 2022 though.
Longest I’ve stayed consistent is probably about a 9/10 months or so, my goal is to smash that this time around, though

Week before last fricked me. I knew I should have started my cycle over instead of going back into week 3 right after a week long vacation.
I couldn't even do my third set of Deadlifts. I failed my second workset. THe only positive thing I can say about this past week is I benched 250 for 5. I'm trying to cut from 215 to 200.

My squat is much lower than my other lifts too. I've been doing SL for a few months now and I basically squat the same weight as I bench (90kg 1RM as the moment) because I've got chronic tight hip flexors that make squatting difficult even without weight. Any tips?
Work on wide stance with feet pointing out. If you can go down to parallel while maintaining an upright trunk (frick the rippetoe low bar BS) you're set. You've probably got a weak core.
