              I mean the sword isn't even balanced and I can't seem to find a way to polish it.
              I need to wreak havoc in the woods using HEMA techniques but damn, it might need some extra metal welded onto the crossguard or something and to be ground into an artistic shape and then polished the fuller into a beautiful shade

    From one side, I like something about arm wrestling. You can train at your home with this different strange but effective devices, you build not only your grip and forearms but whole upper body. I like doing all this wrist rotations, thick handle chin up pumps at the top, etc. Gaining strength in every finger.
    From other side, my heart feels this is absolutely moronic sport. You put almost all your pressure on one single joint. It lacks other qualities like aerobic endurance, lower body explosivness etc. Finally I ofen feel it is much more usefull to simply train some martial art, a real wrestling
