I would like to reach a decent body only with them, I'm okay with starving myself, my goal is something like this (on the right)

    [...]

Would 100 pushups/situps daily be fine or too little or too much?

No, you need to progress either in reps or by doing a more difficult version of the exercise. You can find progression charts basically anywhere. Check under fitness routine here https://www.hybridcalisthenics.com/pushups to start. Just do a couple sets of as many reps as you can for each exercise. Also, you need to do more than just pushups and sit-ups, switch situps for leg raise progressions, and then add pullups for upper body.

That seems pretty easy to obtain, just be on a deficit for a while and you are done, the only problem would be legs, with calisthenics only it would take a while to make them that size, so you could do calisthenics and hit the gym for squats and deads for a few months until your legs are that size, then you just have to cut

      Lmao

I like calisthenics but nobody talks about the harder excercises, the curve is very hard tho when you're 190-205. Hitting 30 reps on pullups at 200 , but trying to get that fucking one arm pull-up has been a bitch.

Ngl Can't do 10 right now but I used to. 30 is well enough to do onearmed. But it's a different exercise, you can't just drop one arm and do the same thing. Onearmed becomes alot more about pecs. Try holding your elbow

I'm trying to get my weighted pulls up as well. I'm repping 2plate, and pulling 110 for 1. Grip and position is the hardest part for the one arm. I almost never see discussion of it here, it's annoying.

Either way, calisthenics discussions suck because it's filled with beginners not wanting to lift weights because they're embarrassed or some shit. Both are good, but the only way I got results was doing an insane amount of volume. 1600 pushups, 1300 pullups and probably 800 dips a week split between 4 days. It's not terrible, but weights are just better overall for growth.

I cant see how dping 30 pull ups relates to one armed. When i did one armed with +10kg i was able to do 20 reps unweighted tops. Just add weight instead of reps

Calisthenics is great. I do also ruck with weights, club swings and do some dumbbell exercises to complete my ancient grecian larp though

how do I do club swings correctly? do you think loading one side of a dumbbell is a workable alternative until I can get some clubs?

Went to the gym to show my brother a few things. He's got some random brosplit program and refuses to train legs. He's older than me so I don't feel a moral obligation to convince him that his idea is retarded. So the least I could have done is show him how to not hurt himself.

Anyways I've been doing weighted calisthenics at home for the passed 4 months to gat back into shape (used to powerlift) and I STILL mogged everyone in the gym.

How do people have full access to a gym and still look like ass??dk08sx

ac, weights, talking with thots is what makes better

I've been doing them for a few months and I look exactly the same. That might be due to low testosterone though.

    >weighted pull-ups and chin-ups and dead hangs cover the entire upper body but chest and shoulder
    >weighted dips cover those
    >alterations of leg raises/flags cover core
    >jump rope covers calves better than most things
    >weighted box stands cover legs
    >a homegym of this variant will cost you a fraction
