    Literally one of the ugliest bodies ever considering the work put into it. Too much biceps and quads, underdeveloped chest (and terrible insertions too) and shoulders. This is what happens when you think the gym is just a carnival where you can spam certain exercises and neglect other while stuffing your face full of vegan burgers. Predictably you end up looking like a clown. Building a great body that looks good with and without clothes unironically requires less work than building this resident evil monster shaped body. Less is more. If you want to be a badass, train some combat sports on the side. Being a big fat blub with muscles doesn't make you better at fighting, although you get an advantage over other untrained schmucks. Never fall for the powerlifting meme.

    I think his legs look great in isolation. The real problem isn't them, it is the fact that he seems to have such narrow shoulders. His big legs actually coming out further than the furthest point of his shoulders actually emphasizes their narrowness and makes his upper body look even worse. He can do more delt work to help fix this, but unfortunately I think he just drew a bad hand here genetically.
