cutting soda is a good advice if you're actually obsessed with it in the first place, if you had like one every few days of course it wouldn't work much for you
The first time i lose weight cutting soda is the first thing i do because i drink it so much i barely drink water, just add light cardio every day and i lose like 10kg in 2 months

1 kg of weight loss per week usually means a 1000 kcal deficit, no shit that's gonna suck. You could also exercise, if you maintain at 2250 as a non-skelly male it means you are sedenary as fuck

that's not really realistic even half a kg is a little steep. Total deficit not exceeding tdee-500 usually preserve the most lean mass. The only people who have to cut steeper than that is when you get under 15% male and 24% for females and even then the difference is usually made up in activity not eating such absurdly low amounts of food that you can't get proper nutrition.

Why try to lose weight that fast? You gained it over a long period, why not lose it over a long period as well? There's no deadline and it isn't a race. Set a realistic pace. You'll be more likely to succeed and have more time to learn healthy eating habits.
